Customer service was amazing,I was greated the second I stepped in! Got a recommendation for a lavender chai, might stop again sometime to have another ! Was surprised to find out there hot foods include pasta and even burritos,which is so different since most places just have like breakfast sandwiches,way better that coffee bean or Starbucks 😌

Honestly it’s a lot better than Starbucks! They get my drinks and food done quickly as possible! ❤

Great strong coffee <3 Stayed around for 2 weeks and tried 7-8 coffee shops around the area. By far the best coffee I have had in LA.

Great hidden coffee bar. Prices standard but they make you feel good. I go early mornings before busy shops open. Enjoy the drink and the Caruso music feed

All the staff is so friendly! I was here for 2 weeks helping for work and one of the ladies remembered my drink! The third time I stopped in she remembered me and my drink. I've been visiting the same Starbucks for 5 year's and they can't remember me.

I had probably the best Chai latte I've ever had in my life. Even better...it had lavender (they have options). Soy milk made it amazingly good. I also had the best vegan chocolate cookie I've ever had. <3

I agree - cheaper and better than Starbucks. People who work there seem to actually care.
