Grabbed a Prime Rib for Thanksgiving and I gotta say it was one of the best pieces of meat I’ve ever cooked. Extremely tender and juicy. Highly recommend them. The staff were extremely helpful.

The brisket sandwich and pastrami is a most try excellent in flavor and meats are so fresh come and try today this got my 5 stars . because they are the best.

LOVE this butcher shop. Have been buying fresh turkey here for Thanksgiving for a few years. Just started buying more meats, and have not been disappointed. They make a great meatloaf that you can cook at home, as well as a fajita mixture that is just fantastic. I also like getting the leftover sausages without the casings to add to dishes. Staff and owners are super helpful and friendly.

Fantastic quality of meats here, will help you with any questions, very knowledgeable staff. The sandwiches served here are fantastic. Great wine selection. The pulled pork is well seasoned, always served with coleslaw. My favorite is the pastrami, served on marbled rye, perfect every time. You can buy beer or wine to drink in the store. They also cater.

After eating The Corner Butcher Shop at a luncheon, I purchased tri-tip and mac and cheese for Christmas Eve family dinner.
The tri-tip was excellent and the mac and cheese very good.
I recommend this business and will be visiting again.

High end butcher's shop with a small town feel. Everyone was super polite and knowledgeable about the quality and cut. They have the highest grade red meat on the market. This is definitely not your Von's meat department. We went for the Wagyu and left with a few pastrami sandwhichs as well. Will definitely come back out this way to purchase from them again

i just ate a hamburger from the corner butcher shop.
it was very, very, very good.
large and filling and great condiments.
the side of coleslaw was great as well.
i write a review a year on average, and although it is still january, i would have to be blessed to write another review in 2023.
sorry about not providing a picture, but I was too busy eating.
btw - outside eating at a restaurant with cloth napkins, the paper napkins they provide are the largest - i guess they strive to get every detail right with the meals they provide.

Awesome butcher. Came here with my wife for the first time since we just started our journey smoking/grilling/BBQ, and the folks here were very patient with us, knowledgeable, and kind. Keep it up and they'll earn our business for life. Thanks!

This was Thursday night special

We tried this place for the first time tonight. It had pretty good reviews, but I honestly wasn't sure what to expect. We had the tri tip sandwich, a hotdog, and a rib plate. We tried baked beans, mac n cheese, coleslaw, cornbread, and a few desserts as well. We were blown away. This is how bbq should taste. My husband are the ribs without even adding the bbq sauce because it didn't even need it. The mac n cheese was really good, too. It was creamy without tasting too cheesy. The trip tip was perfect and the hotdog was huge. We were all happy with our We were all happy with our dinner. We will go back!

Very friendly staff, excellent meat and service. A great mid-way place to meet my cousin for lunch. Everything is good, but I especially recommend the stew meat. I've bought it a number of times and have yet to make stew - it's too great just browned, I can't wait to make a meal of it!

I go to this place 2 or 3 times a month for lunch. Their sandwiches are great! The plates are great! The sides are great. Their sausages are great! The hot dogs are great! The Ray is amazing! You cannot go wrong when eating at CBS!

Great spot for any meat you need with fair prices. Beyond that the lunch here is unreal. Best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Been coming here for years and will always be coming back. Plus the workers and owner are good guys

A great selection of Prime US beef roasts, steaks, and ribs. Personal, knowledgeable, help on the best ways to prepare and enjoy everything they sell. Good selection of other meats, fowl, and seafood. Side dishes already prepped for holiday meals!

I stopped by for lunch and I ordered ribs with beans and potato salad. It was probably the best lunch I have had in years! The ribs and the sauce was amazing! If you like BBQ you will love this place!!

Just finished a birthday BBQ with St Louis and Beef Plate ribs from The Corner Butcher shop. The were cut perfectly without membrane and had a great task after smoking. Perfect ribs, perfect service, great price. Drove from Yucaipa to purchase and will do so again.

I just had lunch here at it was amazing. I had the Brisket, Pulled Pork, Mac&Cheese, and Pasta salad $20. The meat was tender snd really good. The cafe has wood tables and bar stools so informal. The thing that suprised me was how good the sides were. So many times places like this have good meat but not good side dishes. Owner was onsite super friendly. I think two people could have shared what I ordered but I brought half home.
