Troy was very helpful! We called before we came and he had it ready to go. He gave us several options and allowed us to try each mattress out. He gave us all the information about the mattresses that we selected and was patient as we decided on which one we decided on. Highly recommend this store for their knowledge and expertise. I had a personal experience with this store that had to be a five-star encounter!! I was treated with the upmost respect like a five star general so I’m giving out a five star rating here! I had to buy a mattress on the fly, and they hooked me up, big-time! Turned out I need an extra foot on the end of my bed, so what did they do?? They worked with me! They listened to my needs ! They immediately sent out all the feelers throughout all the Pacific Northwest, and came up with my mattress that I have dreamed about from day one working with these people in this store! Mattress depot hires and goes the full distance with every thing that they do I can tell because that’s what I experienced was true care and concern from the very moment I walked him through that door! Now I am tooting, my own train ride! Every time I go to bed, I toot my horn and I walk off to bed with a smile on my face and I fall asleep without any problems at all! All of this is due to the fact that mattress depot located right by the I5 corridor is servicing America with the best sleep of their night. Thank you once again to all of you who are helping me get a good nights sleep with that extra foot of bed that I have so my feet don’t hang off the end I’m singing and dancing all the way to my next dream of that perfect lady!
