Panera Bread

Counter staff were very pleasant and helped me decide on lunch. Not busy at all today. The floor staff was very polite and kept busy the whole time I was there.
Macaroni and cheese with half a cheese sandwich. (With slices avocado), delicious. Oh yay, took a sweat roll home, to have for breakfast the next day.
I'll be back, for sure.

These days, all retailers are still understaffed, but at this Panera in Puyallup, the employees are very sweet and help you as quickly as they can.
The drive-thru can be intimidating when you pull up. Just park and go inside. It is usually less busy if you walk in or order ahead. Enjoy.

Great food, and service!! The pick 2 option is nice, so you can try 2 things… and it’s great it’s not limited to a few selections!! I was surprised we had the ability to choose 2 from almost anything on the menu! The manager was very friendly with everyone in the dining room. We sat close to the kitchen window and it was clear she was a great leader of her team, very vocal communicating and respectful at all times. I hadn’t been to Panera for probably 5 years….. I’ll be back much sooner this time!

A Top-Notch Experience at Panera

We recently visited this Panera location and were very pleased. The atmosphere was spacious and impeccably clean, with a well-organized setup. The staff was friendly, and the food lived up to our expectations in freshness and taste. Pricing was in line with similar establishments. With a menu that piques our interest, we're looking forward to returning soon. 🥗🥯🥤

I visit the South Hill Panera often, and each visit, Matt is very kind and provides good service. The last time I was here, they got my order wrong, but Matt easily and quickly fixed the problem. Thank you Matt

Even though it was quite busy there about 1pm. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was fine. My son and I enjoyed a nice healthy lunch together. Definitely try one, if not all the lemonades.

The Signature was easily one the best drive thru sandwiches I've ever ordered. From packaging to the last, delectable bite was something to savor.

I didn't pull over, but I did take the long way home and thoroughly enjoyed every bite.

I've never had a sandwich look anything like the advertisement...until now. Look at this beautiful thing...

I recently went there for lunch with my husband and we had their delicious sandwich, chips and it was amazing! Next time I'm going to try their soups. Yum

All these 1 stars because your order was incorrect? Mistakes happen! Any issues I’ve ever had, were corrected and in replace given me a larger amount of product. I’ve been a customer for years and will CONTINUE to be! The Broccoli Soup is to die for!

Cheddar broccoli Mac n Cheese is fantastic. Skip the line and use the kiosk to order when it's very busy

This is my favorite Panera and restaurant, they always get my order right and give me the extra dressing I need to not choke and die. They are clean, friendly, and delicious , I mean, look at this perfection.

Denise was extremely helpful and patient with me during my visit! I enjoyed seeing such good customer service. You don't see a lot of that these days! I definitely will be coming again.

It was kind of a maze in there. Floor plan was not the best. I wasn't sure where to go once I entered the building. Once I ordered I didn't know where to stand to get my food.

Always polite staff! I love the orange scones, broccoli cheddar soup and their Mediterranean veggie sandwich with added mayo to go with the hummus. I don't really like dry sandwiches and hummus is too bland for me. ☺

While visiting Puyallup, we ate breakfast here each morning. Outstanding freshly made yogurt, fruit and granola from the kitchen. Incredibly wonderful staff.

Delicious food. There's a reason they've been around for a while. The cafe is cute, the employees are nice and seem to enjoy their jobs, and the food was quick and delicious. If you have a chance, stop in! Also, the charged lemonade is delicious. Like. Whoa. I'm on my second already.

The food is generally good but the produce is sometimes not great. But they always get my orders right and the service is great.

Fast friendly service, sandwich excellent good amount of meat and love the grill marks. Ham egg and cheese power sandwich. Clean and inviting environment.
