Emily, who works customer service, gave me the best customer service experience i’ve had in a long time, walked me through purchasing options, was very personable. She made the whole visit for me, she’s fantastic! I work in Customer Service and was very impressed by the team.

My wife and I went here to grab some things for a night of pleasure. The people there helped us tremendously to make sure that we were grabbing things that we would be comfortable with.

They did recommend some things that we weren't quite comfortable with, but that's okay because there's no telling what one person's tastes to another person's taste when it comes to shopping at a store like this.

It's nice to know that with places like this there's people there to help you figure out what's best for you, because there's not a lot of places like this out there that you can just walk into.

I have an event that I needed an outfit for, though with it being my first lingerie party ever, I was overwhelmed! Thankfully, I was able to feel excited for the event after Lena's help.
With a simple question, Lena responded with questions to furthermore understand what I wanted out of this outfit and showing their vast knowledge while being friendly. Sharing ideas from colors, to brands, to different styles, and giving helpful sizing tips. Lena also encouraged self confidence which is what you want when you're feeling exposed in more ways than one!
I have Lena to thank for all of their help to make this event something I'm looking forward to and showing off what I got!

the lady here was truly so helpful, like above and beyond. i didnt catch her name but she had a really cool sailor moon pin on her lanyard and she slayed so hard and made our experience in this store just tremendous.
