I wouldn’t trust me vehicle here I took my BMW here and the color didn’t match the original color, one of my airbags was not even replaced he basically never installed the Airbag and saved some money and still charged insurance… I am filing a report with the DMV if i get in a car accident and my airbags dont deploy then their is a chance i wont make it! Steven has always tried to take advantage of his customers remember if your car is at the shop longer than 1 month take it somewhere else PERIOD!!!

The Owner goes by Steven, has scammed multiple customers, do not take your car to this shop unless you want to wait 8 months for your car to not even get worked on i paid this guy over $35,000 usd in cash, state bar is already handling this issue, i have already hired a a lawyer, a really good one that will indeed get me every single dollar back!, i have attached photos of how rude the owner is once i started asking to get my car back, on top of that I had my G550 2021 Mercedes with damage that wasn’t even bad, be-careful this guy is not a business man, he will scam insurance companies based off the damage if the damage will cost $10,000 he will charge insurance $40,000 this is where businesses like this need to get shut down my lawyer is already in contact with the city of west covina, and when i asked for my car 4 months later he wanted to charge me $200 per day since the car got to his shop, my lawyer is now contacting all insurance agencies hes working with to show him his declaration of evidence while state bar already went to mercedes and took pictures of my car, he also pretends to be a victim of threats, lies and calls law enforcement and tells them a client is threatening him, he woken up the wrong customer because im going to take full 100000000% legal action!!!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with 322 Collision, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. Not only did they fail to complete the work promised, but they also managed to scam me out of a staggering $40,000.

From the outset, the communication was abysmal. It was like pulling teeth to get updates on the progress of the repairs, and when I did manage to get a hold of someone, they were dismissive and unhelpful.

The quality of the work that was actually completed was subpar at best. It was clear that corners were cut and attention to detail was nonexistent. It's baffling how a company can charge such exorbitant prices for work that is so shoddy.

To make matters worse, when I attempted to address my concerns and request a refund for the incomplete and unsatisfactory work, I was met with nothing but resistance and excuses. It became evident that they had no intention of rectifying the situation or providing any sort of compensation.

In the end, I was left out of pocket by $40,000 and with a vehicle that was in worse condition than when I initially brought it in. Save yourself the headache and avoid 322 Collision at all costs. They are nothing but scam artists preying on unsuspecting customers.

I filed a lawsuit today due to the unfairness route Stephen decided to take… I have taken my unfinished car else where, I just got the estimate yesterday and guess what buddy the quotes dont even match or even are close to matching u need to be demanded by the court which will 100% likely happen to have appraisals done only through a third party! Dear google reviewers and customers DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS BUSINESS I PROMISE YOU THIA GUY WILL SCAMM YOU, TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL ESPECIALLY WITH THE FACT THE FACE TATTOO SITUATION RIDICULOUS. He got a law scale on the left side of his face which determines the sign of an unfair business, also i didnt know it was legal to gamble with electronic casino games apparently from what he offered me he does casinos through like a electronic site or something this guy is not the vibe save your money and go somewhere else!
