Ordered 5 prep meals Baja burrito so good clean healthy food at a great price and great customer service definitely the best meal prep around tri tip is delicious chicken is so good with the teriyaki check them out for clean healthy food

Incredible meal prep service. The best flavors, the best ingredients and and over all great experience. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Convenient location and wonderful aesthetic.i refer everyone I know to prepLIFE, because no one REALLY wants to prep their own meals. Plus I can't make those sauces!

During this COVID-19 time we added a new family member so I needed a meal prep service during my recovery. All I have to say: yummy PrepMeal is the best. Food taste fresh, portions are perfect for an adult, all proteins have flavor w/o being too much, sauces are delish and prices are accesible. My stomach and health really appreciates having this service near by. Thanks for being here!

Newest weekly stop for "real food" you can't get anywhere else this fast. Just had the grilled Salmon with Asparagus and Rosemary potatoes with zesty chimichurri and added a grilled tri tip with fajita peppers and onions with cilantro lime rice and avocado cream sauce for later. Are you kidding me!?... you can't get flavors like this anywhere else!Amazing!
