I've now called upon Owen & Sons Plumbing LLC twice, and I'm grateful to have found such a reliable and competent service for our Gig Harbor home. The office staff is always available. Every time I've called, I've been able to schedule appointments with ease. Their plumber, Donald, is experienced and professional. He worked diligently and successfully addressed all our plumbing concerns - and he was also very friendly with my dog and kids :)

Miles and his team were diligent and expert plumbers. I enlisted their help to repair and upgrade the waste/sewer lines in my Gig Harbor condo. They quickly and efficiently completed the job, leaving no mess behind. Not only were they extremely punctual, but their responsiveness was also impressive. I'd certainly suggest them for any plumbing needs.

my water heater developed a leak, and the earlier plumber i had reached out to didn't get back to me. so, i dialed another plumbing service at 10 am, and they arrived at my place in gig harbor by noon. i took a trip to the local hardware store to get a new water heater, and by 3 pm, it was successfully installed. i must commend the excellent work done by donald and kingston, who were both skillful and courteous.

Raymond and Neil arrived out and repaired our leak in the bathroom room upstairs. They did a wonderful job. They were courteous and respectfull! I would recommend A to Z to anyone that wants it done right. They're well worth the money!

I interacted with from this business was great. Anthony was attentive, helpful, and took his time in explaining things to me when he arrived out to give an estimate. Edward, the owner, arrived out the day that services were rendered to review the job that needed to be done which I appreciate. Tristan and Jesus did an fantastic job and actually finished ahead of time - happy with their work! Most of all I appreciate that they all took their time in answering my questions and that they went out of their way to educate me on the status of things in my home, without ever pushing me towards buying any particular product/service. Five stars!

Octavio was constructive and knowledgeable. He was thorough in explaining the problems regarding my clogged shower drain, very professional and well spoken as well. I would definitely endorse him.

I called, Juanita said I'll get a call in 60 to 90 minutes. Chad was excellent. He texted and came either an hour, last call of the day. Lucky us! He cleared our drain within minutes, explained what he was doing. He was efficient, polite, and knowledgeable. The basic quoted price is what it cost--a superb price! Couldn't have requested for a better experience! Thanks!

Camden took excellent care of us! On Saturday, the gas company said we had a leak and turned off our gas (and told us to call them when we had replaced the line from the meter to the house). Camden arrived out Sunday and gave us an estimate and a timeline. He finished hours ahead of schedule early afternoon on Wednesday. Always professional, always knowledgeable, excellent customer service. We would strongly endorse Camden and gladly hire him again.

Tech Walter showed up on time and explained the fix process options. He rapidly and corrected the issue and told me what he was doing at every step of the job. I liked the fact that he was so knowledgeable and confident in his work. I will gladly recommend this business to friends and neighbors. Thanks for a job well done !

contacted because of a sink backing up and they arrived out same day. Todd was kind and did a fast, efficient job and even cleaned up the mess the overflow made in the kitchen. 10/10 would recommend

I contacted the night before and was able to get work the next morning. Tech Alfred D. arrived, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it. He also made sure my boiler was properly set and all air was out of the lines. If I ever need emergency work again, I know where I'm going.

Josh diagnosed and fixed two toilets in no time. Not only was his project professionally expedited, he was methodical about keeping the project space clean. In addition, he arrived early. There was no wait period.

I'd give them 10 stars if I could. This guy was amazing! He was here within 20 minutes on New Years day! Fixed the broken faucet in less than an hour and the bill was AFFORDABLE! Our new plumber 😊
