Sierra Vista Community Church

I’ve been attending Sierra Vista Community Church for about six years. I love this church! My first visit to SVCC, I felt comfortable and welcomed by the people. I knew that first Sunday, this would be my home church. Pastor Todd is very honest and down to earth; he’s also caring, compassionate and funny. The women’s ministry has fun events that help the women connect with one another. There is also a really great women’s Bible study. I highly recommend this church.

I have attended this church since my boyfriend (who I later married) first invited me when we were in college. 30 years later, we’re still loving this place! Many things have changed over the years at SVCC, but a couple things have remained the same. First, this is a church where the word of God is taught. Pastors John and Ryan do an excellent job of explaining the Word and helping us apply it, even the hard parts that many churches choose to skip. Our current series is in Romans, and with two pastors sharing the preaching, there’s always a fresh approach to each weeks’ passage. Second, the people there are authentic believers with struggles of their own, but I always feel like they have time to listen and pray for me in my difficult places. Great children’s program and youth group with lots of mentoring going on. I’m so thankful the Lord led me to this church many years ago!

I love Sierra Vista Community Church. Everyone is so welcoming and kind. From the first day I walked in I knew this would be my home church. If you want to learn God’s plan for you I invite you to come and be part of our church family.

Sierra Vista Community Church has been my wife's and my church home for many years, and in fact our family of four children has grown up attending the church. Sierra Vista Community Church is an authentic place to worship God, study the Bible, fellowship with other Christ followers, and serve each other and the community. The pastoral staff is a talented team. The Bible teaching by Pastor Todd is relevant, challenging and Biblically sound, and Pastor John leads an awesome team of musicians making the whole Sunday morning worship experience incredible. My teenage boys have been mentored by Pastor Ryan through their high school years and it has helped shape them into fine young men. Pastor Bre, the newest team member, is full of enthusiasm and is breathing fresh air into a great children's program. All things considered, the crown jewel of this local church is the people; they are a friendly, caring and outgoing group that has a heart for God and for the community of Upland. If you are looking for a place to connect with God and His people, I encourage to add Sierra Vista Community Church to your list of options.

As a married man and father of three (16, 12 and 9) I could not have been more blessed to find a home at Sierra Vista Community Church. From the first day we attended, Pastor Todd made us feel welcome and accepted. SVCC offers something for the entire family from women’s groups and men’s fellowship and sports gatherings to children’s ministry and youth groups. I am so grateful God led me here many years ago. This is a church that believes in the truth of the Bible & preaches the gospel of Christ. The people that go here are great & the pastors & elders are there for you in times of need. I love this church!

Nice community of people.

Glad to be out. This church is closer to hell than paradise. Stuck up youth and pastors and people who believe they are better than you. People who believe they are Ms America or Mr and Ms righteous. Very disappointing to see how far from Christ they are. In case of need they tell you "You are not here long time to help you" THIS IS NOT THE CHURCH OF THE GOSPEL OF JESUS THIS IS A SELF SERVING COMMUNITY
