I recently opened a business in this center. January 2019. I had a leak from the recent rains. I noticed a water spot on the ceiling tiles. So I called the management office and though they did not answer my call. I left a message informing them of the leak from the past rain. Ten minutes later their maintenance man was at my front door. He came in and took care of it.

I have never had such a fast response. At my other locations I’ve have always experienced days before anyone would show up. The area is kept clean and so far I am glad I chose this center.

This is a great strip mall! There's a game (hobby) shop, drug-abuse lounge and cafe, middle-eastern market, and fast-food restaurants. Everything!

Fantastic gym and a supportive coaching staff If you want a fitness challenge and want to learn the basics of boxing, or if you want to get in the ring and compete this is the place for you.

Beautiful venue. Great views even from your seat. No lines for concessions or bathrooms bcuz there are so many available. Food leaves a bit to be desired.

Well it's a great area where Farmer Boys is located and so it's KFC and others but these are my favorite places.

Vanguard Center contains the FedEx office. Plenty of parking and great trees provide shade for automobiles.
