My review is based on KISHAN only. He saved our experience here. We started off with a horrible experience from another sales person and after telling them we were taking our money elsewhere Kishan took over and was very kind very attentive and very respectful. I would definitely recommend this place again but only if you ask for Kishan.

5 Stars??? Why can't I put 10 or even 20 stars! This dealer ship goes above and beyond. Farrah was our dealer we dealt with to purchase the car I've been searching everywhere for!! Not only did I find the car I've been searching for, I found amazing customer service. I'm from Albuquerque New Mexico and found my 2016 Scion FR-S Special Release 2.0 online at their dealership. Most dealerships were advertising the special release series and it wasn't. So I called the dealership and Farrah picked up and she said "i'll go take pictures of it immediately" to let me know it was the series I've been searching for and it's a manual transmission too!! I was ecstatic when i got the pictures! I then let her knew I was from out of state and needed to fly in to see and purchase the vehicle. Once she knew how much I loved and wanted this car she got the approval from corporate to fly me and my significant other out there on the dealership's dime!! It was a last minute flight too so it wasn't cheap. When we had finally landed in Vegas, we got a Lyft to the dealership. As I pulled in I saw my Special Release 2.0 FR-S (That beautiful Lunar Storm color glistening)!!! Oh did I also mention Farrah got me approved with a killer monthly payment and 5.9% interest before even going out there?! So all I had to do was check and test drive the car then sign the paperwork. It was the easiest and most fun car buying experience I've ever had! Plus I now have the most beautiful car! Thank you Farrah and everyone else at First National Autos for this experience. I would recommend you to everyone and anyone. Also don't forget to ask for Farrah if you do go. You won't be disappointed!

JT went above and beyond to get me and my boyfriend in vehicles we love. Two months after he put me in my Volvo I was in accident and it was totaled. Came back to first national first chance I got and again JT came through and got me into a vehicle I love! When the time comes, I’ll be back here working with JT. 10/10 would recommend (:

James helped me get approved quickly and answered all of my questions. The process was fast and easy, and everyone was very friendly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car.

These guys are great, especially James, I called with a real need of a car for work. He was so helpful fast and just awesome, he found me a great Jetta that saves me tons in gas and is just so clean and nice. The car looks and drives like new and the process was so easy and fast. I will be buying my next one there and recommending James to everyone that asks me.

My wife and I recently traded in and purchased a vehicle at First National in Lakewood. We worked with James who was friendly and easy to work with. He put us at ease and made the experience enjoyable. The transaction was one of the smoothest and easiest we have ever experienced. I highly recommend James and this dealership.

I was concerned about the bad reviews and JT assured me that I would get good service. He was totally right! All of the guys in the office were very nice and the process was pretty easy. JT was busy helping another customer when I got there, so Felix helped me. Felix was awesome and helped me find a car that fit my budget and personality. I had an unfixable car and then bought one off Craiglist that was lemon so it wasn’t a good week. Felix and JT come off as trustworthy and made me feel really comfortable explaining my situation. The manager was also very kind in answering my questions while I was filling out my paperwork. I highly recommend working with these guys.

Best experience I've ever had, even if it was my first time buying my own car! Vincent was super kind and communicative in helping me get a nice, affordable car that worked for me! I got a 2016 Toyota Corolla and it beat my expectations! Make sure to go here and ask for Vincent!

I had the most wonderful experience For my 1st time buying a car. They were patient with me, they explained everything thoroughly and stayed late to make sure I was able to walk out with a car the same day.I don't have the best credit and I wasn't sure if I would be able too get what I wanted and my expectations were beyond exceeded. Worked with us on the financials, and got a great car at a great deal!! The paperwork process was quick and easy. In all fairness though I was only there to sign paperwork, my husband did the browsing and when I got there everything was ready to go. Great experience for that part at least!

Went looking for something in good condition with low mileage to help rebuild my girlfriends credit while getting something that she'll be happy with. We found First National & saw a couple vehicles they had on CarGurus. Well, after talking to James about the process & what she was looking for we decided to see what they could do for us. They pulled a 2013 volkswagen jetta hybrid with 75k with very little cosmetic issues from the back that was just washed. The engine & fluids are as clean as the day it came from the factory. So happy (to this point) with the car & it's performance. We will recommend James & First National to anyone looking for a pre-owned vehicle. I really hope this vehicle will be great for the next 100k miles as it has been for the first month we have had it. Thank you James & First National.

I would absolutely recommend First National Autos to my friends and family. Elder was very courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about us and our car needs. He was not pushy or aggressive, but pleasant and honest. He took the time to sit down and explain everything about our transaction and give us honest advice.
Farah was so kind and welcoming and she took care of our financing quickly and efficiently. She was able to arrange an agreement that really benefited us.
I was so happy that we found an awesome used vehicle that was priced to sell and only spent about two hours at the dealership. We've purchased vehicles from other dealerships in the past, and buying a car can be an all day process.
Elder and Farah made this process quick and pleasant.

Shane, James, Elliot, Fairah were amazing from the time I got the yes. Before my appointment Shane kept in touch with us. The day of our appointment I did not know what to expect, I was expecting the same thing that most dealerships do give you the run around but first National did not. They took their time step by step to the end. It felt so easy and still in shock that they got us into a vehicle a newer model and low mileage. We had no luck getting into a vehicle with our credit and bankruptcy. They were awesome and fast and straight with you. You just have to be honest and be open and ask questions for you to understand.
James got us a great deal on car insurance. Fairah with the paperwork. If you need a vehicle with bad credit or bankruptcy come and see them anyone will help. Thank you for your time First National and for helping us tremendously. Keep up the great work! Will be back for another vehicle.

went to look for a car yesterday and kyle & luis were super helpful.i have never gone to a car place and walked out same day with a car i liked. kyle was straight forward with my options and made sure i got something i liked. i found something i wanted right away and he made every way possible to make sure i got it. they were closing early and he stayed open later for me, and i left with a new car which i love. i appreciate all the time and help they gave me. if you are looking to get a car i definitely recommend this place. everyone there is the best!

Great place great inventory. They were straight with us on options and very helpful with the whole process. James and H were awesome helped us get the best rate for the car we wanted. First time I have walked in to a car place, picked out a car and left with no headache or terms I didn't like. Thank you for all your help. Definitely recommend making this your first stop for a car because it will be your only!!

I am 41 and this was my first auto loan. I typically buy outright but times are what they are. JT helped me though every step of the process to make it as painless as possible. I can not recommend them enough. And since they give a referral bonus tell them I sent you 🙂

I just purchased a Honda Civic today at this location. Elder was the one that helped me, he is very kind, professional and he did his best to find me the right deal, financing , down payment and monthly payment that fits my budget .Even though my credit was not good, he worked with me to find me the right deal. He is not pushy like other salesman, he cares about his clients needs and budget. If you want to buy a car, do not go to those big dealerships, they will rip you off. Try this place, you will not regret it. Also, they have a big inventory of cars. All the staff there are nice and helpful. You can drive your new car in couple hours, they are not going to keep you for the whole day like the big dealerships. If I could give 6 stars, I would.
