Thank you to Dr. Nichole and her entire staff!! From the front desk to everyone in the back, they always make you feel so welcomed and a little less nervous. They go above and beyond to talk to you in detail about what your fur family might be going through and the services provided. I always feel like my fur son is in good hands knowing that all of the veterinarian staff are more than capable of providing excellent service!

I went in in hopes of acquiring pain medication and antibiotics for my Great Dane, Winston. We were preparing to keep him comfortable for the next few days as we thought we would need to access home euthanasia. Winston has skin cancer, and has multiple tumors, with one large mass that had ruptured the day before. Out previous vet had given us information that turns out to be different from what I learned today. Instead of watchful waiting, recognizing the end and being compassionate, I left with not only the antibiotics we needed, but with renewed hope and an extension of time with him. Dr. Nichole and her staff were warm and welcoming, funny, compassionate, kind and enjoyable to be around. She’s a very well educated vet, and clearly loves her chosen profession. I’m grateful for her knowledge and experience and am looking forward to having her be a part of our dog(s) life and care.

Personally, I would recommend this place right away! The friendliness, communication, thoroughness of the staff and Doctor Nicole were top notch! My cat could have died because of a urethra blockage, and I didnt have money to pay for my sweet cat's surgery - doctor did what she could with medications, IV fluids, and for now the blockage is gone. Doctor also set up a fundraiser for my cat and that was SO VERY HELPFUL! Thank you, Doctor Nicole and the whole staff for all you do ! :)

All of the staff is very kind, skilled, and warm! Despite Moksha's ferociousness, Dr. Sophie, Maria, Tina, and everyone was just so very kind to both of us. Everybody answered my questions and thought creatively about the best way to test and treat my terrified fur kid. I’m just so grateful for all of them - they are the best.

I am very happy with the treatment of my little dog Lexi. They figured out what was her back because it looked pretty bad she wasn’t even able to walk on her hind legs. It was just all twisted up. Then we found out she had a heart problem so we can put her on heart medicine and have her around longer ( she is 12 years old ) And as far as her back the medication they gave her she’s Now able to walk and go to the bathroom. So I highly recommend them they were all great thank you very much Doctor and staff :)) Linda Z

Dr. Nichole and her staff are compassionate, caring, and kind. I am grateful that we found a veterinarian that is knowledgeable and takes the time to answer all your questions and gets to know you and your dog. Our dog actually gets excited to go inside and interact with the staff. Our dog has been having stomach problems and Dr. Nichole is doing everything she can to get to the bottom of what is going on. I highly recommend them.

Amazing staff!!!! Friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. The staff goes above and beyond to assure both you and your furbaby feel completely comfortable. I will not trust my furbabies with any other facility.

They genuinely care about my cats. Cats are treated as people at Arrow, and that's what I want for my loved ones.

I’m so sorry if I said anything bad about this place. I was in a sad, dark place. I’m thankful for all that was done to keep my boy comfortable. I miss him so! You guys did an awesome job in a time that I really needed you! Thank you for all that you did. 💔

My first visit here reminded me years ago of taking my kids to their pediatrician. The atmosphere was calm and soothing. There was even a private area for cats. Unlike other veterinarian offices this place was pet friendly with toys and your pet is able to run freely while waiting for the doctor. Great set up here they treat your pet as if they were family.

Where do I even begin.
The team here literally saved my two dogs lives! They were both viciously attacked by a dog and an emergency hospital tried to charge us about $18000 for their care!
The Arrow Dog and Cat Hospital in no way changed us that much and has been so so so helpful and accommodating! You can see in their eyes (and actions) how much they love animals.

These guys are great! We were lucky to get a very last minute appointment for our five week old kitten who had a health scare. They were so kind and welcoming and very reasonably priced. We’re excited to keep bringing our kitty in.

Dr. Weinstein and her staff are the best. It’s hard to find a place to really trust with your pet, but I couldn’t be happy with Arrow Dog & Cat Hospital.

I have been to a few other places but this one feels like home! The compassion and top notch care is amazing. Even with the pandemic and not being able to be in there with them, I felt comfortable my dog was with them. And they let me walk him through the doors which put my dog at ease too! Thank You!

My cat was miserably itchy, and I called Arrow Dog and Cat Hospital and they got me in to the the vet a few hours later! Every receptionist I've spoken with is so nice, and I am so thankful for their help!

The vet was very helpful over the phone during the appointment (currently curbside service), gave lots of great information and made me feel like I was in total control of the situation the whole time. We tried the initial treatment plan and it didn't work well, but I called two days later and they immediately got me the new medication. I will definitely be bringing my cat back, and probably my dog at some point!

My kitten needed to be seen for a lingering upper respiratory infection. They were able to get me in the next day. My appointment went smoothly. I didn't have to wait long, the vet tech was polite and friendly, the vet explained everything I needed to do for my kitten to get well. And, the costs were very affordable. I'm so glad I gave this vet practice a chance. They will be my kitten's vet for sure! I highly recommend them.

I have been bring my dogs here for the pass three years and this time they really out did themselves. I took my dog in thinking it was something minor such as a sprain but instead they caught a diagnosis. They were very professional and well informed. The staff was compassionate and friendly. They're very passionate about their jobs. I'm glad they're our vet because I genuinely trust their opinion.
