Macy's

Macy's is well Macy's. They always have something going on there's always a sale you can go in there again Macy's get anything from food pots and pans to get the latest clothes in style to handbags haircuts Etc I've always liked Macy's I've been shopping at Macy's now well going on 60 years. Love it never had a problem with Macy's they're doing a lot of you can either pick up in store or they ship it right to your house once again continue to subscribe hit that like button have a great day.

I had a return and Shelly at the Livingston Macys went out of her way to make it happen. She was patient and because she cared about me ,she would not give up , even asking for help from another assistant. Customer service is high on my shopping experience. Shelly was remarkable.

Love me some Macy's. I went and brought my fave perfume. It usually comes out as a gift set around this time and I buy it every year.

Karen in beauty department is the best! She’s very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. She did my makeup yesterday and I was very very happy! The last time my make up looked as good was my wedding day!!!

If you're looking for men's dress clothes, there's a significant selection of high quality, more pricey choices, but also really nice and affordable pieces as well. I had a return item with me and no receipt, but having the credit card I used and the box(it was a pair of shoes)made it an incredibly simple, easy process. Also a great selection of Mens jackets, everything from dressy, but warm wind breaker styles up to beautiful pea coats and high quality leather jackets. I spent $600 on one jacket and still walked away with four total(Calvin Klein leather and wind breaker style, Tommy Hilfiger wind breaker and the Marc New York brown leather was the expensive item, but easily worth over $1,000 in the city)for under $1,000(worth well over double on their respective websites)total after a couple discounts from membership and the holidays. Staff is quite good, they're not in your face at all, but when you need something, there's always a register close by with an employee available to assist you if there isn't someone stocking shelves in your immediate vicinity. Obviously this isn't Willowbrook or Westfield so the overall selection is limited in comparison to those locations, but that also leads to a lot less foot traffic and overall chaos. So if they have what you're looking for specifically, or at least generally close, I doubt you'll be unsatisfied with your experience. Hope this helps.

They are awesome. I bought a shirt in the Chicago store and needed to return it due to wrong size, and they replaced it at the NJ store.

Loved the self service. Easy to operate and fast

Went to the furniture section and was helped by a lovely guy named Anthony. He was very knowledgeable, but didn’t give off that pushy salesman vibe that I’ve experienced a rime or two while furniture shopping. Made the experience much nicer/smoother. Hats off - thank you!

My grandson, and I spent Saturday hanging out together, he wanted to pickup a gift 🎁 for his dad (my son) for his birthday, so we went up to Livingston mall where we both had a great time. We got gift and got him ( grandson ) a nice up suit. We both had a great day.

Easy in and out. Just days before Christmas and it was nice to shop. Great service that day. The sales clerk was so helpful. I didn't have my Macy's card and they took the time to look it up and apply the additional discount. Thanks.

Macy's never disappoints! I love shopping in Macýs. Especially their shoes, jewelry, and watches.

Nice store, good costumer service .

Not busy at all on the weekdays, and very friendly staff. Came on a Tuesday to order a new sectional because they had it on the floor to try it out. The layout of the place was easy to navigate and Richard came to offer his help after giving me a few minutes to myself to test a few sofas.

Successfully ordered the sectional I wanted, and Richard had a great attitude in helping me get what I wanted.

The rest of the store is also clean and tidy, I felt like I could find what I needed on my own. The selection could’ve been wider but this isn’t the biggest macy’s I’ve been to so I’m happy with what they have.
