I have always loved this Victoria Secret. The customer service at this location is usually great, but today I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Barb. What an AMAZING saleswoman!! I winded up purchasing more than I planned, but it was so worth it! Barb was exceptional. She was not only helpful and funny, but she was honest. I appreciated that the most. I will be working with her specifically for all my future purchases. Thank you, Barb!!

Exceptional customer service! Fabiola was very helpful with measuring me for the proper bra size and was knowledgeable about all of the merchandise in the store. Katiana assisted me with locating bras that were on sale and was very happy to do so. Very convenient location and wasn't too crowded.

Went in to redeem a coupon, had an awesome time just casually chatting with the manager on a Friday night, caught a great deal! Customer was excellent and the ladies were super informative. The manager assisted me with finding my sizes and color selections!! Happy Customer!!!

The staff in this store were incredibly kind, patient & delicate with my daughter as she was fitted for her first bra. As a dad alone with his daughter, it was a daunting venture and one filled with all kinds of emotions as my little girl is growing into a young lady. All the employees took great care of both of us and we all ended up with smiles and a bit of pride. They should really be commended not just their dedication to doing a good job, but for going above and beyond in helping a young lady (and her dad) feel comfortable and at ease. It was a great experience and one we will always remember.

I love, love, me some Victory Secrets. I brought two bras and panties. The sale associates and cashier attendees were very helpful. They help me in a way of sizing me for the correct bra and showing me different items to buy that's on sale. They were patience with my purchase while the line was forming. I thank them very much for that. This location is in Livingston Mall........very helpful

Because of COVID-19 you'll need to wait outside of the store to be ushered in. While there are generally two entry to the store, only one is accessible. They still offer their deals and the staff is always willing to help at Livingston Mall. I had like three persons walk over and asked if I was doing OK or needed help. They even made recommendations of new stocks that they just shelved.

My favorite spot. Especially when they have the annual sale going on. They need to be well stocked up and the checkout need to be a lil more professional. The checkout is always the Hold up when wanting to leave when one done shopping. The online need to have Free Shipping!!!

My only underwear store! 7 for $28 is going on now for memorial weekend.Restrooms are on the plaza for the general public.Lots of other stores to shop from including pink next door.Associates are always pleasant and accomodating.Food court is available too.Ample parking outside.

Love their lingerie and underwear. They're always a hit with me. Whether I'm being swxy and sophisticated or if I want to dress down and be sporty with pink. There's always a gem to find. Not to mention the pajamas and comfty sweats. 👍👍😊
