Best costumer service EVER! Milton and Regina are amazing. Buying a bed can be like buying a car. It’s so hard to find the correct one and they asked me so many questions and i got the bed set up in my house and everything by 8pm. They were so informative and helpful and went WAY above and beyond helping me load all the stuff. They’re amazing!!!! 15-10. I wish i could give more stars then 5 I’d give 10

Great store. Super friendly and knowledgeable people. Not pushy but encouraging and reassuring that their beds are worth it. Talk to Eric. He was really helpful and a cool guy. He answered all of my questions and gave me a lot of extra info that was not available in my research. They have little private mini bedrooms to try out the various styles. Clean and well themed store. Walked out with The Wave Hybrid and a few pillows.

Cole was awesome and reminded us why brick and mortar has its benefits vs the risk of an e-commerce + delivery nightmare. Cole resolved any issues we had from our previous orders and was a friendly face during a stressful move. The Melrose location was also very clean and well kept.

Love my mattress and wanted to come on here and give a special shout out to Wayne who went above and beyond to help me get a mattress and sort through all the logistics. He was so responsive and always circled back. Ask for Wayne the next time you come here.

Dom was absolutely class. He answered all our questions and was knowledgeable and patient. The whole staff was excellent.

After booking an appointment for our visit to the showroom we walked in search of a queen mattress and the total experience is precisely what mattress shopping should be. Our salesman greeted us and made us feel comfortable right away. After a quick temp check he offered plenty of Covid-19 related precautions: sanitizer, wipes, disposable Matt's to place on the beds and etc. The showroom had small rooms where you can lay down and test drive as long as you want on the different models. Our salesman was great at explaining the features of each model and Casper's return policy. We ended up buying one on the spot, but not because we felt any pressure to do so. It was nice not feeling like we were being hussled which has been our experience at other mattress stores. The interior design is starting to look a little dated. Feels like an 80s Canadian kids tv show set.

We order an expensive bed from Casper. It arrived with a broken motor. We were unable to use the bed until we received a new motor. The store manager , Walter is really trying to get the issue resolved. Great customer service.
