Agent lies about premiums. The agent told me that my monthly payments will be $350 but received a $460 charge. Then when confronted they told me that due to the transactions to add vehicles it went to $460. Due to this I chose to cancel my insurance policy. I chose to cancel 1 day early so they wouldn't try to run my card again. Now I received a bill for $96, due to "premiums for the past month" that is complete BS. Farmers just trying to make a quick buck. Save yourself some time and look for a better Insurance where you can see what is being charged real time. Technology has advanced and given consumers this option now, but Farmers hasn't, not a surprise.
