HORRIBLE REAL ESTATE PRACTICE

This real estate company has the worst agent/worker , Phana phang has no law experience and likes to abuse business laws by making laws up that don’t even favor in his rights and make false claims ,

this is the worst experience I have ever had to deal with and super unprofessional, I have multiple commercial properties I am leasing , by far this is the worst experience I have ever come across , I would report to bbb but there is no information about this company , and I’m current in contact with the bbb to fix that , my experience with this property management has been the biggest waste of time and money thanks to this clown ,

Phana phang likes to accuse and make false reports, and try to hold me accountable for modifications that the previous tenant performed on the facility,

I strongly recommend when dealing with this horrible agent who represents a company full of 45,000 employees, you do a video walk through and also photos of the facilitie you desire to lease like I did due to the unlawful practice this agent try’s to proceed

If you want to avoid a headache or facility that will bring you nothing but issues due to the lack of maintenance, than try to avoid CIP REAL ESTATE,
