Blue Fin Sushi & Teriyaki

Blue fin sushi is absolutely amazing! Every dish here is delicious and incredibly satisfying. It's a hidden gem, in my opinion. The service is excellent, and the ambiance is great too. Can't wait to come back again!

I’ve been going to Blue fin for years when I used to work in Claremont. My go to was always chicken teriyaki with a side of California rolls. I went back after some years and glad I did. It was as good as it was then. I love small businesses because I get to support someone’s else’s dream of owning and operating a business and ultimately supporting someone’s family and life. Everyone here is and has always been super friendly and helpful. If you’re coming through Claremont and craving some great food, come show them some love. They have a great patios as well and offer jazz nights I believe. Happy eating friends!

Always excellent. We mostly get takeout and they always do a great job, food is top notch.

I don't normally eat inside. There are tables outside, the service is good, and the food is yummy. $$

Surprisingly good. The tuna on tuna is delicious and gorgeous. Excellent rolls, and the little salad appetizer is to die for.

In the world of sushi, Blue Fin has great variety and quality. Owners are friendly and helpful if you don’t know the menu. I’ve been going for years and they’ve always been reliable and consistent. Love they music offerings on their patio. Usually grabbing and going but have enjoyed their patio dining option. During Covid the owner has brought our order to the car.

First time here and man let me tell you!! I am a chef and I’m super excited for finding this gem! The restaurant itself smells and looks clean! Every piece of fish that came out still had this bright fresh look to it. My new favorite sushi spot hands down!! And the prices are really good!! Will definitely be returning again and again!!!!

Stopped here randomly after the place on google said it was open but was actually closed. It's a nice little spot with outdoor dining but what really deserves the 5 stars is the lady that provides ha service and of course the food. She greeted us with such a bubbly personality and told us to come see her when we were ready. We were sitting outside and once we got up to order she ran in super exited like we were her first customer and extremely happy for our order. When she delivered the food she came out and named everything we ordered while placing it. The sushi was great, we ordered 5 appetizers, 2 rolls and 2 green teas and was only about 50 bucks. Last thing my wife said was "I'm coming back here not just for the good but for that lady, she was so happy". Love that kinda service and type of people ❤

I went here yesterday just on a wim. Had the Chicken Udon ster fry. Loved it!! Also got a few Sushi rolls they were great. I will definitely be going back!!!

Had an excellent dinner there with friends. Employees were very helpful in accommodating us. Service was great and friendly and the food was oh so tasty. We had the best time and ate more than we should. Large portions. So many great selections to choose and share. We'll definitely be returning.

The service was fast and reliable. The restaurant was clean and they had a movie going. They had a very large menu, and each food choice has a picture with it. The food was tasty! We tried chicken wudo and two plate of rolls. I very much recommend it!

First timer. Food was amazing, portion size was fantastic and the quality was definitely there. We ordered to go so we didn't experience inside dining due to covid. I definitely would go back again in a heart beat for their sushi. Keep up the good work

Always enjoyed Blue Fin food. Delighted in Sun. jazz concerts for years. ZZAJ a favorite of mine with vocalist next week. Saw Exit 9 this Sun., new-to-me talented young trio with keyboardist, guitar, drums; occasional guitar duo; all playing classic standards, jazzy pop tunes from many decades though present, various compositions. Hope they return for future appearances.

Came during covid, amazing food and service. Woman at the register was insanely nice and sweet, food was great. Overall amazing experience. Never left a google review but felt the need to after eating here.

The chicken teriyaki is one of the best I have ever had (and I've lived in Seattle, the teriyaki capital of the US). The shrimp roll was good too.

Pink lady roll was fantastic. Crab and salmon were perfectly paired. Extremely fresh! I don't give out 5 stars very often

I come here a lot because it's so close to my work. I normally get the teriyaki chicken and gyoza since they're very consistently good. Not greasy or drowned in sauce like waba (for the sauce example). Haven't tried much else but I'm thinking of trying the noodles next. Also, very nice people which always makes it better.
