These guys are incredible, it is so refreshing to find a company like this in the service industry. Came on short notice for a carpet cleaning in my rental property. They were so friendly, super reasonable pricing, great communication, did a fantastic job, I could go on and on. I kind of picked them at random with so many options out there, but I am super happy that I did because I won’t use anybody else going forward.

He and his helper cleaned my carpet and some area rugs at a very fair price. Will recommend to family and friends and definitely will be using his services in the future!

I called him on Tuesday, got a call right back and by Thursday morning he was here and did a fantastic job in my kitchen and bathroom floors. James arrived on time, which is important to me. He explained everything in detail as he inspected my carpet. Unloaded his truck and started the process. After he finished, My carpet looks brand new. James and his crew have worked miracles on my couch. I have two young children who think my couch is a napkin and a tissue, spill milk, juice, cheerios, you name it. I've had Millennium Carpet come twice now and both times its like having a new couch again! I highly recommend them. we've been working with Millennium carpets since we purchased carpeting for our new home more than 4 years ago. They have been great. Always show up on time, good communication before and follow-up afterwords. We've had some pet stains that i haven't been able to get rid of with a normal spot cleaner that they always get when they are here. Thank you for always doing a great job!

This is the second time I've used James and he is fantastic -- prompt, friendly, yet extremely efficient. Best carpet cleaner I've ever had, and that's saying a lot since I've probably had carpet cleaned through the years by at least 10 or 15 different companies. He'll be my "go to" guy from now on.
