Wanted to leave a review for Mila. She is absolutely amazing at her job! I’ve been to 4 banks in the area trying to cash a certain type of check as I have a bank That has no locations near here. She solved the problem in under 10 mins at a super fast pace! Amazing worker!!!

I am very happy banking at this US Bank location. Over the last few months, since around 5-2018 when I have had a few different needs related to getting my mortgage down payment sent to the mortgage company and issues with a dispute of a fee that I had been charged, Jason the manager had been very helpful. He communicated in a way that I understood and he was very professional. He answered my questions and made sure that I was clear on things that I didn't know to ask.

Several years ago, I had multiple negative experiences with the manager. When I heard him treating another customer condescendingly, I stopped coming to this branch. Then I was in a rush and couldn't make it to a further bank in May. What a pleasant surprise!

I’ve never had a bad experience here. This is where I opened up my first bank account in 2013 and I’ve been happy with the company and service I get at this location. Everyone is friendly and smiling. Maybe I’ve only gone on days where everyone is in a good mood lol I feel bad for those who have had such bad experiences here, but for me it’s been golden!
