Great choice for personal storage - best price, best size, great service. Super excited to have a unit in LA with before and after access hours outside of normal business hours! The office and units are clean and spacious. Overall, wonderful experience.

I pre-reserved, they had my unit ready for me and let me look at it before being locked in. The person working the sign up and check in made sure I was clear on payments, unit location, how to use the codes & access. He was even able to balance my new sign up with helping other customers with questions, leaving no one feeling untended to. It was very kind that he made sure my code worked on the elevator before sending me on my way.

The only storage facility that is open outside business hours. It’s super convenient! They are open even during all holidays and on the weekend. The staff (Sirous and Brandon) are helpful and the storage itself is super new and clean. Also I got a pretty big unit for the money I paid. Would definitely recommend it to my friends!

Very clean facility with well-thought out layout of storage units plus spaces to store cars (with optional covered or open spaces). Professional, thorough and organized on-site office service. Good security systems in place with 24-hour camera surveillance and access code entry systems for customers 7-days a week including holidays.

Sirus at the front desk is so thorough, considerate, helpful and kind for my move-in yesterday just before Thanksgiving. I plan to be here a few months and expect everything will be safe and sound. Wonderful service and first impression. Will update!

I just had the best experience renting my storage unit. Everything was so easy and guy name Ting was amazing and very welcoming and very friendly. He explain me everything and everything was done in 10 minutes. I recommend this storage unit to everyone and everything was so professional.

You just have to make sure to read your contract because the rent might goes up after 7 months or so. But they do work with people. And you will get the general benefits of dealing with a smaller company than bigger ones like "Public Storage"

Very knowledgeable and thorough! Michelle graciously walked us to our storage unit and let us see it! She told us what all would be expected. Very kind and made us feel we were totally in the right hands! I am looking forward to having moved all of our belongings out of our car so it is a lot more roomier. And they have great deals, was what drew us in here! I feel I made the right decision, Yay!! If you need your important possessions taken care of, try them! From the first moment, I knew it would be a great experience and I was right!!

I was greeted by Maggie at the front desk who made setting up the accounts easy and was kind enough to show me through the storage unit itself and how everything within the facility worked. I appreciated her take me through the hours and especially appreciated access to the carts at a central location.

Easy fast move in, great helpful employees, very well designed facility and very clean. Wonderful experience!

Fantastic experience! I had several questions throughout the couple weeks leading up to my booking and was always able to speak to the store manager! On the day the movers came with all my gear, the manager was extremely accommodating and allowed me to switch to a bigger unit, which I desperately needed! The facility is clean and easily accessible. Definitely recommend!

Been storing for a few years here and the facilities are clean and safe. Most importantly, Michelle working in the office was extremely helpful and pleasant. Moving is a stressful time and she made it a much more positive experience. She deserves her own store because she actually cares.

First time renting a storage unit, and wow BEST customer service experience! Michelle was super sweet and helped me find the best unit for my needs, I need a short-term storage (less than 30 days) the price is also cheaper vs renting for multiple months. This removed some of the stress from having to move multiple times this year

I would like to personally compliment Maggie for her amazing customer service skills. She has been nothing short of fantastic every time I am assisted by her. Her professionalism is simply exquisite. Maggie has been so thorough in all of her explanations when it comes to all matters. Also, she has such patience and really listens to the client when they are speaking. She definitely has a mastery knowledge of her job role and that makes everything seamless for the client. Maggie is extremely detail oriented in her work. She not only answered every question we posed to her, but she answered them all thoroughly. Furthermore, Maggie always follows up when she says she will and in doing so there is extreme peace of mind for the customer. With everything that is going on in the world right now, it is nice to know that CubeSmart has such a wonderful employee like Maggie, who is taking care of her clients in the best way possible.

Ting and Cristopher are stellar when it comes to customer service. They both took the time to explain how it all works and made it crystal clear. They also walked me around the facility and explained how the gates, elevators, hours and loaner carts work. They answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. They were very accommodating to what I needed in such short notice too. They keep the facility clean and running smoothly. The units are never hot or muggy. I must have checked out 5 other places but decided to go with them because the prices were fair, units were very clean, they have a safe environment and great customer service.

Of all the public storage facilities I've used over the past 15 years, this is by far the best experience I've had.

For the facility, they keep it clean and everything in good working order. I've never had problems with the gates working, even with 24 hour access. (They don't offer 24 hour access to everyone, but I was fortunate to negotiate that into my rate.) The facility is also quite secure, and the staff is very responsive to anything around the building that needs attention. This location also accepts deliveries for me and holds them until I can get by and move them into my unit.

As for the staff - they are all three top notch when it comes to customer service. They are always friendly and go out of their way to make sure my needs are accommodated. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a clean and secure facility on the west side. You might pay a few dollars more for a climate controlled facility, but all the good things about the property make it worth the price.
