Absolutely love getting my nails done here. Everybody is so talented especially Lee and they are all so nice and accommodating! 10/10 recommend :)

Just moved to Tacoma and finally found the perfect nail salon. Lee is amazing and did this design on my natural nails and I’m very happy with my pedicure experience. I will definitely be coming back

Genuinely the best place I’ve ever gotten my nails done. The ladies are so kind and sweet and absolutely know what they’re doing. I cannot recommend Krystal nails more! Exceedingly knowledgeable and will advice nail shape based off your hands!

One of the best nail salons I have been to!! They are very friendly, welcoming, and talented individuals who do excellent work. I went in with a design on Pinterest that I wanted and Ly (Lee) delivered! I am in love with my nails 🩷 she would frequently ask me how I liked my nails throughout the process which is appreciated but I never had anything to say because that’s how good her work is. I had an amazing experience and I’m so happy I got my birthday nails here 😊

I booked with Ly based on great reviews I read & she did not disappoint! My manicure and pedicure are top quality. I got the Deluxe Pedicure because my feet looked terrible and I really needed the massage. Danny did a great job with the massage! I had been having foot pain recently and the massage relieved it so I am very grateful. I will be back!

Went in for a fill today & all of the nail techs were working so hard as a team to get all of their clients nails done. My nail shape & color came out perfect as did my 3 year olds who enjoyed a manicure. I’ve never loved a salon so much, I will definitely be going here regularly for my fills now. Just moved to Tacoma from Denver, CO and I’m so glad I found a good salon!

This place is fantastic, me and my wife got a mani-pedi and it was luxurious. The chairs are great massagers and the treatments are deluxe! We did get the deluxe package and it did not disappoint

For my nails Lee perfectly matched my reference photo, her attention to detail was amazing, and I was very picky. Looking forward to going back, highly highly recommend!

These are my beautiful nails the last couple of times that I’ve been here!! They always go above & beyond of my expectations or the pictures I show them. For the amazing work they do, the prices are extremely low & affordable. I live about two hours away, so I make the drive just to get them done along with lashes and waxes done at other places. Again I love it here & won’t be going anywhere else for manicures & pedicures. 10/10 recommend!!!!

Best nails ever!! I had a Nail Date with my bestie and we were two brand new walk-ins! The owner and his wife were super welcoming and kind!! They are very nice and his wife made NAIL MAGIC with these!! I am thoroughly in love with my hands! She completed this set according to my ideas and the design I brought her. She is in fact the BEST NAIL TECH MAGICIAN EVER!!!! 💖💛💚🧡😁✌🥰💜

i absolutely love coming into krystals! the ladies are always in good spirits and the music is always a vibe. lee always does me so good and i always leave so happy! these are my nails the last few visits - spooky szn and the chrome marbled were completely up to lee ! best place to get your nails done

I appreciate that they took a same day walk-in of four people. They were a bit short staffed, and the pricing differed from what was stated online, but we left satisfied.

Love love love, everyone here was so nice even tho we were a few min late. My lady that did mine was Sue, she did an excellent job. Will come back in the future for sure. I don’t usually get designs but I loved this set. Thank you so much, 5 star work here. You can tell they give great quality service and customer service.

This place is great. Great service, were able to accommodate 3 of us getting pedis, 1 getting manicure all at the same time . They did a great job, the place was clean and everyone friendly. We will be back! Thank you!

This is one the best nail salons I have ever been to! Really good price for an immaculate job and incredible, humorous staff that are very good at communicating with customers to ensure that their nails are exactly how you'd imagined them to be when deciding to get your nails done for a little self love. The long nails I had done are very well crafted with the angle of the nail not facing too far downward that it doesn't give you accidental pokes and wouldn't snap if you slammed your hand, plam down, on a flat surface. Not too flat that it feels like it's squeezing the nail bed into brusing and doesn't get hairs stuck in the crevices between the acrylic and actual nails. The nails have the perfect arch to the underneath of them that it keeps them from them getting caught as much and keeps damage away from the center of your nail bed where it's most sensitive to tearing when being snached by something heavy underneath.

I set an appointment as recommended on the website, that was super easy.
Even though I was about 10 minutes early, the ladies were sweet and welcoming. I had nails, eyebrow, lip and chin in under an hour.
Reasonable price and clean shop, I will definitely be returning.

I came here today with my mom around 5:00pm, and the ladies that were working were so kind and so professional. They also did my nails beautifully, and just like the photo I had asked for. I will definitely be back and thank you!!! 🫶🫶

Today was my first time going.
Got a full set with gel polish. I was so indecisive about shape or color, but the woman who did my nails made the choices for me and I love my nails! Probably the best coffin shape I’ve ever had, they are so even. Everyone was so nice and welcoming! The price was amazing too. $50 for full set with 2 gel polish colors. It is also nearby my job, so I am excited to start going here regularly! Definitely recommend! Can’t wait to try a pedicure next!
