Japanese-level customer service!
I was helping my dad moving all day and upon walking into the office, the worker, Cesar offered me water or coffee. And as we left he gave me a water bottle "for the road" (we were driving ~100 miles)
The U-Haul van wasn't squeaky new but was good still. When we returned the vehicle it turns out we went over our 100 mile limit and so the payment plan changed. He went over it thoroughly and gave us peace of mind that he wasn't doing anything shady.
He offered to look over the contract again with us. The best customer service I have ever received in the United States.
I'm wary of salesmen due to bad experiences with local gyms and dealerships (NWfitco is one of those gyms 👎) so his professionalism, politeness, and willingness to reassure us was more than appreciated. Support this business.

I was late picking up my van, but it was still available. The gentleman behind the counter was courteous, professional and efficient, and truly nice, which made the whole experience a lot better on a rainy Friday afternoon! I will definitely use this company again.

We had an amazing experience with Trojan Storage Uhaul. We had to move our belongings quickly with a days notice, and not only did Trojan have the best rates, but I felt comfortable leaving my car for the day. It was an isolated area that’s quite private and very secure. Cesar (manager) was such a great help. They helped us with the check-in process, and when we returned the truck, their customer service was impeccable. We were offered cold waters which was great after a day of moving boxes and furniture. Cesar was transparent about the entire process and was such a great guy to talk with. We are planning on moving again soon, and when we do we will definitely be returning to Trojan Storage. Cannot recommend enough, their customer service is 15/10

Rented one of the 6x12 u-haul trailers and had an excellent customer experience. The staff even remembered me and what I had rented as soon as I walked through the door several days later. The trailer was clean and fully operational with absolutely no issues 10/10 service

We had the greatest experience here at Trojan Storage. The staff were very friendly and answered all questions and concerns in a respectful manner. Cesar is an honest man and is very friendly! He called us to let us know that if we returned the uhaul one day early, we could get some money back. He did not take advantage us and I respect that greatly. When they say they are greatest storage in town, they really mean it. I would give them more stars if I could!

I called several storage places and it was like pulling teeth trying to get information on storage units. I guess they just didn't want our money bad enough. Then I looked at Trojan Storage of Puyallup and not only were they happy to speak to me and look at what our needs were, they were super fast in responding and super friendly. Ceaser and Natalie gave us exceptional service. I would highly recommend this storage place to place your belongings. They made the whole process super easy!

Caesar is the friendliest guy! I've been surprised at the great service we receive at a storage facility. He has free coffee, hot chocolate, and water in the lobby. Nice touch!

Nice place and nice service. Not like the typical storage units where the people that work there are rude, or make you feel like you are bothering them when they see you. They are happy seeming and friendly. O! And the best part of the hole experience was the tour I got on their Golf Cart! It’s worth your time to rent there

Sp when someone from Trojan Storage in Puyallup answers the phone and says "best storage in the area" they really mean it. I needed a space to park my 36ft RV. Everyone I called in my immediate area was absolutely out of their minds with what it was going to cost me -- $300 was about the best price I could get. This facility was running a special that I couldn't pass up -- 50% off the first 2 months and I am able to cancel anytime! From day one I was greeted with a warm and professional welcome, was given an executive tour via golf cart, and was informed of all of the policies and procedures, and I was given a detailed rundown of how security was handled. These people know what they are doing.

Reasonable operating hours and great customer service to boot. I called today (Sunday) with a strange request -- I needed to know the width of my RV door. Jeff picked up the phone, I told him what I needed and he immediately stopped what he was doing and helped me out. He even walked the entire storage facility, found a tape measure, and called me back within 3 minutes with the measurements. This kind of service is hard to find and these guys are killing it.

Give Trojan Storage some business, they deserve it.

My experience with Trojan Storage of Puyallup was very positive! Amazing, very competent team including Cesar and Natalie were always professional, respectful, helpful and friendly from the first to last interactions under all circumstances. I highly recommend this outstanding company!

First off, I would like to express my gratitude towards the management. Specifically Chris, Chris was very helpful and went above and beyond and even further. I would say this was the best experience by any management I’ve dealt in the past with storage facilities. He was very personable and a pleasure to talk to and had no problem answers any of my questions no matter if they were self explanatory or not. He has remarkable customer service and I highly recommend dealing with him.

Which you shouldn’t have a problem with because once you meet him you’ll want to rent from him. Aside from Chris his facility is immaculate and exceptional. I was throughly impressed with how well maintained ,how well kept it is and how secure this place is. You junk or valuables is safe with him in this facility!

I have had a storage unit there for quite a long time.and have never had any issues with the place.the prices are fare on the larger units but recently they have raised there rates on the smaller ones .if you wish to rent one of these I would recommend you use one only for a short time.

I rented a U-haul from Trojan Storage, and Chris, the manager, was so helpful. He called me the day before to confirm all of the details. He was so pleasant to work with and thoughtful.

The U-haul itself worked great. Pro-tip: the 10' truck doesn't have a ramp, so the 15' is worth it.
