West Covina Nissan Service

They were very thorough in their inspection of my vehicle and while doing a tire rotation, discovered one of the bolts keeping the tire attached to the vehicle had snapped due to rust. Though they had to order parts, it was repaired within 24 hours and I'm immensely grateful for the guys who caught that. Andy was my service advisor and he rocks!

Okay let me tell you. I spoke to Andy on the phone 1 day before I took my car that had a check engine light for over a year. He was legit so professional and made me feel like I could trust him by telling me everything in advance. I told him my bad experience at another dealership and I was hesitant to go back to that one. I'm so glad I called them and when I went the next day I asked for him and he went and did what he said👍👌🤙 they costumer service was as professional as he was on the phone. He was amazing. If the manager is reading this give him a raise or promotion. My experience was the highlight of my day. I never thought I would he saying that about a dealership lol thanks Andy🤙

Came in for service only to find out they were closing up shop. Just wanted to thank Andy Santana for being a great service advisor. Always took care of me when I brought my car in.

My service advisor Jessie is great. Whenever I need to get my car serviced, I receive updates periodically. There are usually a lot of cars needing service, but I appreciate that she tries not to keep me waiting. Thanks Jessie

Not a bad place. Your better off buying a new vehicle. The used vehicles aren't but a few years old and they're almost as high as a new vehicle. I heard it was going to be that way. I figured it was some kinda sale pitch just to sell new vehicles. "WRONG ! "
