Went here for the first time yesterday and they were incredible. I was greeted with a huge smile at the door. Stephanie was my bud tender and she was so caring. I let her know about my health condition I was trying to treat and she took her time looking through the inventory and explaining options to me. They were the only shop I could find that had a CBD tincture with very low thc which was exactly what I needed.

They really know their products. Tell them what you want, anxiety, pain, a good time, you sensitive to tch? High tolerance? They will know what you need and give you options while telling you what to except. Much respect for these people!

I've been here twice now. I originally gave them 4 stars. I'm not sure now why I didn't give them 5 stars straight out the gate. The staff was helpful and friendly both times. They recommended a cream to help my pain. And, it worked really well for me. I am super grateful. I owe them a big thank you. Update:. Another visit and i stand by the 5 star rating. They are always helpful and so knowledgeable about their products. And always take time to answer all your questions.

This store is my number one to go too! The staff is amazing and are very well educated with their products! Everyone is friendly and really get to know you personally as well as great customer service. I absolutely recommend this establishment and am positive you will get what you need, at a reasonable price, and i swear you leave this place a happy camper!

I'd give them 10 stars if I could. I stumbled across this dispensary on accident, driving through the area. The staff here are kind and personable. The selection is somewhat limited, but they carry some great brands.

Heidi was awesome! She took the time to inform me of the variety of options they have, and didn't seem to mind my asking a lot of questions, and wanting to see multiple options. Hands down, the best bud tender I've ever met! I didnt feel rushed or pressured, as I often do in other dispensaries.

This store is way out of my way, but I'll definitely be coming back again!!

entire staff is super professional. I always enjoy going in because I can ask questions and get great recommendations for anything I need. The staff really makes this place, especially Jim and Jameson. both guys were very friendly and on top of their knowledge. I look forward to going back to try new products :)

I love this place!!! Their online menu is always current, and their staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Can't say enough good things about it. And as an added bonus once you become VIP, you get extra perks as well as being able to use your cards for payment

They have excellent service and prices, and the staff is helpful and not pushy. They have a fantastic selection of glassware as well as bud, vape cartridges, edibles, and balm.

What can I say, my favorite pharmacy!

Well, I am assuming that most pot places are about the same, right? If not, then we will continue to buy our tincture from The Herbal Gardens. It's a very pleasant, very clean store. The people are so nice and there was no high pressure feeling happening. Of course, you are there to buy, right? How much pressure do they need to put on you? LOL! So we got a nice pipe for a present and a hemp tincture for our dog. (HA! You thought we were there to buy some pot! Fooled you!) We don't use it so I cannot comment on that quality. They had quite a few customers coming and going so the quality of their product must be pretty good. There was nothing wrong with this store, though. Very pleasant.

Such a great experience every time from the ppl behind the co unter that always make u feel welcome and never rushed to answer any and all your questions with a vast amount of knowledge on the subject

Pre-ordered my purchase for the 1st time.. easy, quick, and friendly. The web site answered all my questions... and the bud tender was able to give me recommendations for my issues. All around good experience.. always has been. Tacoma’s number one dispensary.

Good selection, friendly budtenders, loyalty program, and periodic sales and vendor events to introduce new product lines. Very professionally run and clean. Plenty of parking. Takes cash and all major cards. I personally think the prices are very reasonable for the quality of the products and staff, but everyone has their own opinions about what should cost what.

Really like the customer service here, the budtenders have alot of knowledge about their products and are very friendly! On top of that its a small store with good inventory and is usually pretty mellow in the store so you can actually hear what they are saying to you compared to other stores that are blasting music and have lines going out the door

With All that's going on today Great job with social distancing. Great products!!! No matter if your funds are LOW they got you covered. Great job guys keep up the good work!!
