This is the same company that owned American Tax Solutions. They call from spoofed numbers, ignore the do not call registry, ask for personal information, and are extremely rude when you ask them any questions about their firm. They have a long history of scammy/fraudulent business practices, hence why they keep changing their name.

I received a letter from this company although the letterhead did not list the name of the company, I called to find this out. First, the company could tell me nothing of the tax due yet they sent me a letter (makes no sense). I called the state that they stated I owed money to. They couldn't find anything. I called The Tax Group again and asked for more info and they hung up on me. I believe they are getting very old tax data and sending out letters in the hopes that they can get some type of collections business. Sounds like a poor business plan. Very rude employees doesn't help.

They took my money and came back with a higher monthly bill then i originally had wouldnt recommend them at all
