CVS

Never had a bad experience. Staff is usually nice, both pharmacy and up front.

I am a regular customer and was moved to write a review for the first time because of the outstanding service my husband and I received from a CVS employee, Natalie, when we went in to have our passport photos taken. Her efficiency, thoughtfulness and great attitude were really terrific. Her high level of service is rare these days. She's a great example to your entire team. Impressive!

I love this CVS. Never had a problem with the staff. The Pharmacy always has my medication on time. The people at the check out are great and when I can’t find something because I have a horrible memory the same staff members at times have helped me again. Treat this awesome staff with respect and you’ll be treated the same. :)

Not sure why they have so few stars, this is a perfectly fine CVS, I go all the time (including for pharmaceuticals) and they've always been courteous and helpful.

Also when you're done go grab some tasty ramen next door at Mitsuwa, or possibly the best west side burrito at Tacos Chapulin.

Five stars.

I’m thinking the complaints are just wrong in or they’re leaving out huge parts.

If you’re entitled you might not like very many places.

It works like every single CVS I’ve ever been in. No more, no less.

My family has been shopping at this CVS for years (since before when it was a Sav-On). It's our neighborhood CVS and our dedicated pharmacy. We know most of the employees and pharmacist by name and have only ever had a positive experience there. They even sent their regards to our family when my grandmother past (a frequent customer).

Honestly, I'm a little shocked to see so many 1-star reviews but I guess it goes to show that most people in today's world do not treat employees with common decency or respect. These are human beings and perhaps if you approached them as such, they wouldn't be so snappy. I've worked retail in the past and nothing made me want to have an attitude more than disrespectful/entitled customers.

Seeing as this neighborhood is become increasingly gentrified and transplants are moving in left and right, I'm not surprised the customer service is feeling the effects as a result.

I went here to pick up Covid test from the pharmacy. It was available through the insurance LA Care.

This CVS is located in a ghetto parking lot I would say be careful looks sketch inside the CVS is clean and you can use the restrooms although they look out dated and not as clean 🧽

They are very friendly and always ready to make your shopping experience a pleasant one !
