Park Plaza Lodge

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Personally, I find the location to be ideal/fantastic. It's within walking distance of the original farmers market and other popular spots, yet also conveniently located for those who choose to use public transportation. The room size is ample, and the bed is comfortable. Everything is kept clean.

The reception is open 24 hours, and all the staff are friendly, helpful, and resourceful. The owner even took the time to chat with us as we were leaving.

Hidden Gem! Had a Great stay at this hotel. The Google listing shows the old rooms unfortunately but the hotel has been entirely remodeled. The rooms are very nice, the showers are beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. The housekeeping is probably the best I have ever experienced including at 5 star chain hotels They clean the rooms thoroughly daily (unlike expensive chain hotels since Covid) and they’re very efficient. I never had to wait to get my room cleaned! The reception staff is very friendly and you feel welcomed every time you walk in or out! Finally, there’s free parking which is absolutely amazing not to mention so rare in LA. The neighborhood is stunning, there are million dollar mansions feet away from the hotel. I have read some ridiculous comments about the alley where you park feeling unsafe. This is ridiculous as the neighborhood is so safe. There’s a coffee Bean right across the street and a 7/11 a minute walk away. All in all this was the best value for my money I had gotten in a very long time. I fully recommend this place even though I wish it would remain such a hidden gem as prices will definitely go up when word spreads!

We had such a great stay! The service and personal of the fantastic newly renovated hotel was really nice and pleasure. Rooms were always clean and in general cool and modern. The location is as well pretty safe and near the grove. Fantastic! 😃

We stayed in a very comfortable, clean, nicely renovated and good sized room. Hotel was in a great and safe spot. Wifi was also very good. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Would 100% stay here again. Short walk to The Grove and Farmers Market. Had a nice pool area. Outside of hotel does not do the interior justice. Also free parking was a bonus.

For the Aussies the reception staff like Tim Tams.

We had the perfect stay as a family traveling with a baby - great location with car parking included, awesome staff, rooms nicely decorated with a comfy bed and baby crib already there and quiet besides being so central. We loved it and definitely would come back

Can’t recommend PPL highly enough.
Apart from being great value for money the location couldn’t be better. A 10 minute walk to The Grove & Farmers Market & 10 minute bus ride (number 20 with a stop almost outside) to the Beverly Centre.
The staff really are the standout feature in particular Robin who I saw most of during my stay - he couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. The staff at PPLmake it 5star in my books! 🤩

Loved it. Absolutely loved it. The 60s modernist style building with the contemporary "Palm Springs" aesthetics in the room was perfectly "LA". Great safe neighbourhood, walkable to LACMA, the Petersen Museum and many more, plus shopping at The Grove and eating at Farmers Market.

My mother always stays here when she comes to visit. The rooms have all been remodeled and are lovely and stylish. The staff are really helpful and friendly, and it’s located in the heart of Los Angeles, walking distance from The Grove, Beverly Center and Pan Pacific Park.

I recently stayed at the park plaza hotel and everyone was so warm and inviting! They went out of their way to help us in anyway they could. Great location! Easy to walk to everything. Loved it! Will definitely be back!

This is an old refurbished motel. It has no elevator and is three stories. Nonetheless it is absolutely charming. My ground floor room was surprisingly modern. Furnishings were very comfortable. Bathroom had a walk-in shower, great amenities and fluffy towels. Coffee shop across the street. Staff was amazing. Friendly and well informed about the community.

A real surprise . Clean and bright room with excellent AC. The wifi was free and fast enough for FaceTime etc. The bar/ restaurant adjacent called “Attitude” was very Californian in colour and menu. All in all very nice plus the Grove was two blocks walk with a Market area with dozens of eateries and shops.

Despite being somewhat small, this is a really nice hotel. It is located near the Grove, which is full of stores and restaurants to go to. The rooms are really confortable and big. The attention we received was amazing. They provide some complimentary parking, which works with a "first come first serve" way. There's enough space for a lot of cars, so you shouldn't have a problem finding a spot.

A lovely hidden gem located in a fabulous neighborhood with free parking! Super friendly staff and amazing housekeeping…highly recommend!

The staff were very helpful. The location is great. We felt very safe here. The rooms are clean, and there is complimentary lavazza coffee every morning. Only downsize is that at night there is a lot of noise from the street. Everything else is great

Great place to stay to be around the center of LA. The AC could smell better, but I was there at the end of September and it wasn’t needed.

If the stars went to a million, the staff here deserves them all! Very welcoming and accommodating. This property is sweetly tucked away in a great location. The room was super clean and very cozy

The room is nice, bathroom is large, and the bed is comfortable. However, no hot water to drink, no enough tissue was provided, and no enough shampoo. Since we would stay for several days, it's recommended to refill shampoo and body wash.

Very good experience overall, ratio price vs quality of service is excellent. Not too far from airport nor Hollywood nor downtown. Free parking. Even a (small) swimming pool (see pictures). Rooms are modern and clean. Contiguous cafe is accessible from inside the hotel and has tables around the pool, offering great breakfast. People at the desk are nice and helpful. I'm happy I used them for my stay in LA

This facility is immaculate. I am not one to go around and give reviews too often, but this place is awesome. It is in a good part of town, and as a person who travels a lot, I stay in some nice places, and this is top tier. The staff was so friendly and helpful, and everything was super modern. The art was gorgeous, and the rooms all had something to offer. This is going to be my go-to spot when I stay in LA moving forward. I seriously cannot recommend a place more. Do yourself a favor, and stay here on your next trip.

Our stay here was EXCELLENT! It may look weird on the outside but it's a really cute place. I would warn you that there are no elevators here so you kind of have to carry your luggage up the stairs. Other than that, our stay was completely wonderful. They have amazing staff members who are dedicated to take care of you during your stay. I have to give a shoutout to Diana and Ruby, they were completely amazing. They made sure to help us get whatever we needed and provided excellent customer service. The rooms are quite cute, clean, and comfortable. It has a safe in there, mini fridge, and a hair dryer. You can hear people walking in the hallway but that's about it, it's a fairly quiet place. They have a microwave that you can use in the check in building. They also have an ice machine but no water place so make sure to buy your own bottled water. Cleaning services can be requested easily and the cleaning staff is great, make sure to tip them!
