As a first time home seller, and senior citizen,
I asked Carolina to educate me on the complicated process of selling my home successfully. Carolina told me that she was listing the house at 739k. I told her that my home was valued at 833k and that I would take no less than 800k.
Carolina said that a bidding war would ensue. What Carolina DID NOT tell me were the CONSEQUENCES SHOULD A BIDDING WAR NOT ENSUE.
Carolina 's ONE AND ONLY GOAL was to look out for only herself.
CAROLINA DELIBERATELY WITHHELD THAT IMPORTANT INFORMATION. SHE MISREPRESENTED THE FACTS, DISPLAYED UNPROFRESSIONAL CONDUCT REPEATEDEDLY AND LACKED IN ALL AREAS OF PROVIDING EXPERTISE SUPPORT IN AN EFFORT TO REACH MY MINIMUM GOAL OF 800K.
During the entire process of the sale of my home Carolina proceeded with one GOAL... HERS... SELL MY HOME FOR 739K NOT A DIME MORE.

I contacted Carolina's broker, John Hollander, with whom I shared all of my concerns. John Hollander DID NOT RESPOND to any of my requests for resolution. I can only conclude that their ethics are conducive to Charlatans. My experience with Keller Williams, West Covina, Carolina Ruiz and John Hollander was MOST UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISTURBING. I would NOT RECOMMEND allowing Carolina Ruiz to represent your property in any way. Buying or Selling.
Morse Construction, Azusa, referred me to Carolina Ruiz. Together they developed a plan to deliberately create circumstances that would ultimately cause me MONUMENTAL EXTENSIVE FINANCIAL LOSSES.
