I had a great experience working with Josh and Keyes Real Estate. I was buying my first home and knew nothing about real estate. Josh walked me through the process with the utmost patience and knowledge. He was picky in finding the perfect home for me, and would always point out any potential issues that he saw. When we finally found a home, he helped me get the best deal and find the best interest rate. He really did his research, and was always very communicative with me. Josh will absolutely be my go-to in the future!

After calling a few realtors we decided to go with Keyes. While we dreamed of moving into the hills of northeast LA (where Keyes is a big player) we found a home in Long Beach, much more within our budget. This was our 2nd home purchase and Josh was an excellent agent! Throughout the process we felt like we were given the “white glove” treatment. A much better experience than with our first home. We threw a few offers at other homes and actually got accepted to two! Your budget and what you’re comfortable with putting down is a very personal decision, but Josh still offered great guidance without being pushy and we still got our feet in the door twice. Rare for early 2022. The whole team’s response times were always great and they have a few tricks up their sleeves. They were able to negotiate credits on our offer price. There lender and inspector referrals we’re great as well. I hope to use them again someday!

This was our second time purchasing a home with Brad Keyes. Back in 2018 we purchased our first home, a dream condo; since then, his team has grown to include multiple professionals who really know what they are doing. When we decided we wanted to graduate from a condo to a single family home, we did not hesitate to contact Brad again. As the escrow process wrapped up, they helped us schedule a walk through with the sellers which was incredibly helpful when it came to exchanging keys and learning about all of the attributes of our new home.

Every day we wake up in our new house and feel so grateful that we were able to buy our dream home that our family will grow into. We really feel like Brad is the reason we were able to put in an offer on only one home leading to a successful purchase, saving us the potential emotional and financial turmoil of having to pursue multiple homes. He helped us sell our condo shortly afterwards, and that was a seamless process as well. Fantastic, 5 Star experience the entire way! Extremely knowledgable, attentive, and most importantly he knew how to get us the house we wanted! Josh is so smart, there is basically no aspect of the process that he doesn't understand inside and out. He's a pleasure to deal with, patient, and has a great sense of humor! If you are going to be going through the process of buying or selling a home, Josh Stein Sapir is the guy you want in your corner, he will make the entire process a whole lot easier. Communication was always great, he never took more than an hour to get back to us about whatever question we had (and we had many). But most importantly, when it came time to write an offer and negotiate, he knew exactly what to do- in an incredibly tight real estate market, he shut down any other offers and managed to get our offer accepted within 24 hours of seeing the house! What other real estate agent could do that?! So the very happy ending to our story of seeing house-after-house is that we got exactly the property that we wanted at a good price. Couldn't have done it without Josh and wouldn't hesitate to work with him again and recommend him to others. A true professional and a gentleman to boot.

Selling my house with Keyes Real Estate was an awesome experience. They marketed the property brilliantly, investing their own money to create a splashy listing. The staging was beautiful. They also selected the right asking price, which allowed us to have dozens of showings in the first few days and we accepted an offer well above asking price in the first 10 days.

Most real estate agents try to push you into buying a house, but Brad and Josh put my interests first and waited until we found the right house to recommend the purchase. They gave me their honest opinion that certain houses had issues and weren't right for me.

Most real estate agents try to close the deal quickly to get their commission, but Brad and Josh insisted on the right inspections and uncovered a major issue that required repair, negotiating a generous credit to allow me to make all of the necessary fixes with money left over. They recommended I walk away from the house unless the issues with the house could be fixed and unless the sellers gave me the right credit.

Overall, my experience with them was unbelievable--I bought and sold a house with them and am ecstatic with the results.
