I have been going here for what seems like 7 or 8 years now. They always do top notch work. Everything I have ever brought here always comes back pristine. Suits, Jackets, Pants, Shoes, Hats, Backpacks, Fanny Packs, mending and hemming. They do it all. Everyone is very kind and helpful. The only thing I will say, sometimes the prices do feel very high, almost painfully high sometimes. Other than this they are amazing and it is definitely worth 5 stars every time.

I love these people. Always do a great job with my clothes and they even know my name when I walk in. Who does that anymore?? They are wonderful. Highly recommend using them for any of your dry cleaning needs. I've also hemmed a few of my pants there too. And the prices are very reasonable. Oh, and you can purchase a reusable garment bag so you don't kill the earth.

I bring here all the delicate clothes I need washed m/dry cleaned and repaired. They take good care of all the items and never had an issue with any of the clothes I bring in. If a stain doesn’t leave, they will let you know by placing a little tag on the hanger that says that if they tried a harsher stain remover, the item would get ruined. It happened to me just once and it was a very stubborn black stain over a red fabric. They were able to make the black stain become very faded so that you don’t notice it as much and I’m glad they didn’t try something harsher that could have ruined further one of my favorite pants.

These people are life savers! I forgot to get my shirt cleaned for a wedding I was due to attend the next day, and they were able to get it done for me very very quickly. The lady on the phone and the gentleman in the store were both very kind and accommodating regarding the situation. Shirt came out great, too, especially considering the time constraints. They won a customer in me!

Quick, efficient, and friendly. My jacket was ripped at work and Occidental Cleaners knocked out the repair and dry cleaning earlier than the time they quoted me. I'll definitely be returning again!

You guys -- this place fixed my dress in a pinch when every other place in town was charging too much and giving too long of a time frame. They have a tailor ON SITE so their fees are fair and they get it done quickly. Great friendly service. I will come back!

This is my local drycleaning spot, and I'm very happy to have found it! My clothes came back looking brand-new, and their tailoring services exceeded my expectations as well! I did quite the experiment with an old dress of mine, and the fit was wonderful, stylish, just perfect. I will be continuing to give my business here and trust them with my closet and fashion experiments :)

UPDATE: man I had to come by one more time and just say what great business this is, I have been coming here a year and they CONSISTENTLY DELIVER FAST AND FRIENDLY SERVICE AND DO AN AMAZING JOB AT CLEANING I JUST PUCKED UP MY FAVORITE COAT AND IT LOOKS BRAND NEW THE PRICE IS STILL HIGH TO ME BUT FOR THE QUALITY YOU RECEIVE ITS WORTH IT

Dropped off my garments at 730 ish in the morning on a Friday and I asked if I could have it done by Monday before 6am and they finish it same day🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 awesome service, I highly recommend

Occidental cleaners offers a friendly staff and great service. I've used them for both dry cleaning and minor clothing alterations, and have been exceedingly happy with the results every time. The only downside is the difficulty of finding parking in their tiny lot, but if you can deal with that, I highly recommend them.
