There's plenty of ready-to-eat food, a full-size deli, and even a Starbucks but only complimentary forks are provided, no spoons whatsoever. They have great soups. They have all the best ice cream brands and freshly prepared strawberry parfaits. All there for you to enjoy with a fork (it gets easier with practice, don't be discouraged).

I just wanted to take a moment to shoutout Oti at the checkout. He was working the day before Thanksgiving ( which is by far the craziest day to go grocery shopping ), and I was so impressed by his cheerful attitude patience and kindness. The woman in front of me had many requests ( price checks, needed something from another aisle, returning items she didn't want ) and he handled all of requests with patience and grace. Keep rockin on Oti, thanks for all your hard work this holiday season !

This Vons is a pleasure to shop at! We've been going here for years and the people who work here are beyond AWESOME 🥰 We stopped in Friday to buy groceries and birthday balloons for my Bestieguy & as always ANNA was smiling and willing to help( we buy flowers a lot )!

Anna told me to pick a theme balloon and suggested more balloons in various colors to complete the look! When she was finished putting it all together.. it was so beautiful and perfect! I couldn't thank her enough🤗😘💝!!
Even when my daughter and I are doing regular shopping or going to the U.S. Bank, ANNA ALWAYS SAYS HELLO SMILING ! 😍 She's so kind.🪷🌸💐🌻🪻

We started getting hungry and walked over to the prepared foods counter. ( sushi, sandwiches, rib tips, mango 🥭
Habanero chicken, fried and baked chicken, fresh salads etc). LUPE was working and we were so happy to see her smiling face! She's a beautiful person inside and out!

Sometimes there's lot's of people waiting to order and Lupe takes care of everyone so well and quick too😁 There's NEVER a long wait if you see LUPE behind the counter💪🏾🔥
She always tells us "God Bless you and have a wonderful day.. God Bless you!!" 🙌🏿 🙏🏿 She's so sweet🌻🌻⚘🪷.

Overall I rate this store 10 stars instead of 5! From the pharmacy to the security guards, EVERYONE is there to help and make your visit a great one!
The store is SUPER CLEAN INCLUDING THE RESTROOMS & has a huge selection of everything you could possibly need! This is our store and I hope you make it your store as well!!

Talk about fresh and abundant produce! I must have come at the perfect time because everything was there for me to choose from. The lines were not crazy long and the parking was super simple.

Super convenient to shop here. They always have fresh items. The staff are super polite.

Oh, man , for over 2 months, I never had meat, I literally eat my fried chicken bone when I got my 8 pieces. The experiences in Vons are awesome ! Super organized and follows all the precautions in social distancing , one entrance and one exit ! The store is super clean and full of all the items . I mean everything ! my favorite candies , cards and in between. Life is good when I am in Vons !!!!!

This is my go-to grocery place around the area. I recently moved to Los Angeles and have to find a nearby store. It is very spacious and the items are stocked, compared to its competitor across the street (Ralphs). It has an efficient check out system and they have a n employee managing the line. Customer service is great as well. Covid precautions are implemented.

Love shopping here... the produce and meat selection is way better than ralphs. Also love the selection of different kinds of orchids that they have as well

This place is pretty active and semi busy. I usually get the cooked whole chicken. Always tasty.

Sushi is so delicious and cheap don't forget to grab one y'all!

I was on vacation when I visited this supermarket. Last year at the same time, the homeless crowd was very evident. This year it seems it's much more under control. I was not panhandled walking through the parking lot. The store was very clean and well stocked. I found everything I was looking for and then some! Lovely produce dept.

One of my favorite grocery store. Maybe not the cheapest one but very clean, fresh and organize. thay has a great fresh quality food and the staff very friendly and helpful.

I had a good experience doing a drive pick up order online, I'm glad everything was available, only one thing was substituted but I'm happy with the exchange. I know this vons is kinda in the hood, but has good selection, some reasonable prices, and yes lines do tend to get long, so I would advise, make a list of what you need, pick it up and do self checkout, it's pretty easy to use self checkout, just a matter of scanning barcode. Second option is do what I did which was the drive pick up, order online and will be ready in about 2 hours. Ok wait is a little elongated, but you are getting what you ordered and sometimes it does take time looking for specific items. Overall I will continue shopping here.

Went to the Starbucks and has the pink dragonfruit drink. It was amazing! That Starbucks is awesome. They always turn me on to something new and there is never a line when I go!

I had such a rough experience this morning when I had an error on Instacart app. I spent a whole hour shopping and my phone was dying. When I got to the line I was notified I was at the wrong store (two across from each other) The lady in the self check out saw I was in distress (1/22 9:45am), she was so sweet and helped me find a place to change phone and call support line. One of the men from produce was also very helpful. He originally tried to help me find items and assured me as I stood there crying that everything would be okay. I just want to say thank you for your kindness and professionalism. It made a terrible day bearable. Even when other employees had less patience with me and didn’t want me to charge my phone they saw I was a person in need and it meant a lot.

Sometimes i visit this store. Becouse i use bank and shopping grocery and coffee shop.

I shop at this Von's all the time. I enjoy this location because I know the store well & they always have the things I need. Shout out to the cashier named Ruthie & Lucas. They always have high energy & know how to make the customer feel welcomed & friendly. Every time I forget to bring a mask, they always have extra for me. Overall I enjoy the service here, & look forward to coming back!

This particular Vons exceeded my expectations. I normally do my grocery shopping in Ventura and LA County where I live almost 50 miles away from this store. While here visiting friends in the area they took me to this Vons. We walked every inch of the store spending 1 hour 40 minutes inside. This store is well organized, clean, bright and comfortable to be in. It had everything we were looking for. We interacted with box boys, produce staff, meat department, Pharmacy, had sandwiches made and finally the cashier and bagger who was happy to take the groceries to our car. They were all so helpful and genuinely very nice people. Some employees of other grocery stores should visit here to take a lesson on customer service and hospitality!

If you were to define an overwhelming characteristic of LA beyond the weather and traffic you couldn't help but note lousy parking. When I went downtime to park near Hillsong LA, the darn parking lot across the street was rather pricey.
Imagine my great pleasure when parking for free in a large and spacious lot at this Von's!
The management of this establishment deserves a raise for insisting on treating those who drive internal combustion engine vehicles like we are people too!
