Joelle is beyond helpful and is genuinely excited to answer questions and go above and beyond to offer good service. Having someone be so friendly and positive makes you feel secure and supported in leaving your stuff there. I trust her with all my heart that she would never let anything bad happen to my unit, and made me feel it was worth it to invest in a big unit, which I've never done before. I feel she would help me when needed like it's her own. Great service, give Joelle a raise!!! 😊

Lovely manager! (I am so sorry I forgot your name) She was very very helpful. Got me a cart to help move my items to my storage space and even helped me move one of my heaviest items to my space. She set wonderful expectations for me about what to expect occupying a space. So so friendly. Thank you so much!

It’s not very frequent that I visit the facility. Mostly it’s to just throw stuff into my unit and forget about it.
However, I noticed my rent had gone up and was a little upset at the size of the increase. In hindsight it may have been an over reaction.
I made a trip to the office and was met with the property manager, Hope. She was understanding when I discussed the issue, and instead of telling me to kick rocks, she moved me into a same size unit that was way cheaper than what I would have been paying. And it was only a couple doors down.
We went ahead and scheduled a move in date, and she was nothing but supportive and helpful with my issues and getting them resolved.
I’ve ran into her almost every time I’ve visited the facility, and every time she’s been a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend asking for her if you are to visit.

Had this storage for about 4 months now and everything is still perfect the way I left it . Even when I accidentally forgot to lock my storage , the workers (Joelle) were able to keep it locked while we were out of town . Everything was still there and the place is super clean . Joelle is amazing helping out with what you need! She’s our go to when we stop by our storage 😁.

I was a customer with this establishment for 3 years, and I must say it was one of the better storage experiences I ever had. The manager Hope, is a godsend and every time I dealt with her she was always courteous and professional. This facility every time I was there I never saw it to be tacky or dirty like most places I've passed by and seen. The rest of the staff has always been courteous and friendly and once again thank you Hope the manager for all the hard work that you do and always treating us like family.

Hope the property manager is both knowledgeable, respectful and courteous. She made things easy to understand to me and I am an older lady. She explained patiently the apps we used and she is an asset to this company.

A huge shout out to the office manager Lindsy who seriously is the best hands down. I love that see went out of her way, and beyond to notify us on when a storage unit came available and was able to reserve the unit so we didn’t lose the only available storage unit she had for the size we needed! We have been promising Theresa a well deserved good review for what seems like a year now. Theresa is the Property Manager at this location. Theresa has gone above and beyond for us since we started renting here. She always has our backs and always understands us not only as customers but as humans. Theresa always keeps the property clean and is always friendly and joking with her customers even when it’s a busy day. She treats all of her customers exactly the same no matter who you are. Because of Theresa we are now loyal to Public Storage. If you’re looking for storage in this area definitely pick this store because it definitely has the best person in charge. Thank you Theresa for always putting your customers above everything. You’re the best!

I am leaving this review because of the management team here in Tacoma. The Manager by the name of Hope exemplifies customer service and always has a happy genuine smile that is ready to help me here. I choose to store my stuff here because I trust the people with the keys! Chanelle the District Manager did a great job picking out her staff. I have brought up numerous suggestions and or complaints, all were listened to with professionalism and replied with honesty. Thank you Hope and Chanelle for taking such good care of us. You all have really turned this place around. Thanks!

What a great experience I've had at the Public Storage on Sprague in Tacoma! Lindsay was so helpful and professional. She even made an effort to check in personally when I was at the facility during business hours. The facility is well maintained and the rental process was very easy online.
