Auto Alliance created a wonderful purchasing experience for my first time buying a car. Lewis worked diligently to help me find the car of my dreams! I would definitely recommend their expert services, relationships, and experience to anyone!

I just leased my third car from Auto Alliance. Lewis makes the shopping process very easy. I let him know what type of car I'm looking for and he finds the car and price. I don't have to waste my time calling and showing up at multiple dealerships. This time, he even had negotiated my lease turn in, so I could pickup my new car and turn in my old car all at once.

I have purchased over half a dozen cars through Auto Alliance for over from sedans, to SUVs and high-performance sports cars. I recently purchased an Audi Q7 for towing and recreational use. I found Mr. Seiden to be extremely knowledgeable.

The price and purchasing experience have always been exceptional. He has been able to find for me difficult vehicles that are difficult to acquire including my most recent purchase an Audi Q7 Prestige. The vehicle and paperwork were delivered to me with ease. The Q7 was delivered to my home in a protective carrier at a reasonable cost and the paperwork was prepared and ready for me at the DMV. This prevented me from waiting in any long lines. Literally in and out in 10 minutes – all arranged by Mr. Seiden and his staff.

I would recommend anyone considering purchasing an automobile to use Auto Alliance and their professional team for their next purchase. I plan on using them again in the future.

I was terrified of buying a car by going into a dealership and negotiating, etc. A friend of mine recommended Lewis. Even though I’m all the way in Chicago, Lewis was glad to help me. I met Lewis through another german friend. I bought a car from Lewis a couple of years ago and had it shipped to Germany. He was very professional about everything, shipping, insurance, paper for customs and so on. I drove this car for many years and was never disappointed. Now the next car will go to Germany soon, of course I get it through Lewis. He is very experienced and a certified mechanic in every aspect. So who would know better than him which car is worth the money. I can only highly recommend his service!

Incredible! I've bought and leased a number of cars and SUVs from Lewis over the years and he's THE BEST! Incredibly attentive. Door-to-New-Door service. I recently got a Cadillac SUV from Auto Alliance and the customer service was incredible! They delivered the car to my home with zero issues. I got it as a gift for my wife and they went the extra mile in putting a bow on top and helping me surprise her! I have purchased more than a dozen cars through Auto Alliance over the years, including recently a Chevy Bolt. The process has always been great - they’ve always gotten me a better price than I could on my own, they’ve made the paperwork process simple, and they’ve even delivered the vehicles to my home when I’ve asked. When I’ve asked them to sell my existing vehicles or assist me in getting out of a lease early, they’ve helped with that, too I’ve never had a single problem - to the contrary.

I have referred more than 3 dozen people to Auto Alliance over the last 20 years - friends, colleagues and employees. Not only has every one of them been completely thrilled with the experience, many have been repeat customers of theirs.

In reading the few negative reviews, my strong suspicion is that one or two people have an ax to grind (probably tried to get something for nothing, and are taking it out on Auto Alliance. We all know the type). When I have bought new cars through Auto Alliance, they have come with manufacturers warranties; when I have bought used cars that were no longer under warranty, I have purchased third party or extended warranties. That’s the way it works.

I’ve written this long review because I’ve had a positive lifetime of experience working with this company. It’s very disturbing to see a few trolls try to hurt a legitimate business - it is one of the bad things about the internet.

I had worked with Lewis on a number of occasions. I found him to be trustworthy, efficient, friendly, and thorough. If I were in need of a new vehicle, I would gladly utilize his services.

Lewis saves me more time and money than anyone in the car business. I am on my 3rd car with him and will soon buy my 4th. He saves me time on top of the money!!
