Very nice park with a mini trail, benches, a dog park and kids playground.

Last time I was here they were doing construction, seems done now. New paved roads and a big roofed area with plenty of benches.

My niece and nephew love playing on the playground.

Good job pierce county for making this place nicer than what it was.

Nice, clean park with lots of amenities, easy access, and plenty of parking. The kids’ playground left a bit to be desired but I realize different kids will be intrigued by different things, so I won’t knock their rating based on that. There’s a dog park, community center, walking trail, plenty of room for picnics or frisbee, etc. very nice and well maintained. Restrooms were clean when we visited.

The playground is geared toward older kids, with primarily climbing toys. But it is a lot of fun and has that spongey stuff on the ground for safety. The walking paths are nice, and the dog park is awesome. The bathrooms weren't super clean, but we're still usable.

Great Day use park! HUGE enclosed dog running area. Clean restrooms and wonderfully imagined natural playground for children of all ages. Six loops around, Go run a quick Fresh Air before the Rat Race begins. Take care and appreciate your natural space and well keep parks.

Great!
There's a fun Dog park. (Great safe fenced area. Wooded. At the end of the woods there's a nice open spot for chasing balls)
Kid play area. (Spider web rope structure with a horse swing and a spider web swing plus a little kid rocket ship)
Lots of grass. For dogs (and kids) that can handle being off leash there's a lot of places to run and fetch.
Plenty of walking paths (there's even a measured walking circle - six times around equals 1 mile)
There's a duck pond. Ducks and geese are even there in February!
Also there are nice restrooms. No-touch flush and sinks. Loud ventilation, but it doesn't smell!
All that Plus the indoor area!!

Great park with lots to do for everyone in the family. The playground and dog park are both well maintained and in close proximity to the parking lot. Lots of adorable baby geese in the park right now.

Clean park restrooms better than Bradley Lake park restrooms.
There is a play place.
Good parking and grassy areas but there is no shaded areas..there are two bench areas.
Watch out for dog poop.
Good place over all.

This is a great place to take dogs to play and interact with other dogs. First time I took my rescued dog there she was shaking and all shy, by now she already recognizes the road when we are going there and gets super excited. The place is well maintained and there are stations with bags to pick up after your dog.

I wish there were parks like this when i was a kid. The toys are the best in pierce county and you can take your dog with you to play in the field or go sniff other dogs and make friends. POOCHIE AND I LOVE THIS PLACE.

***PLEASE READ POSITIVE CASE PARVO***

Hello everyone I've been taking my dog here for a few months and it's our main source of exercise etc.

My dog showed symptoms of parvo on Saturday. He tested positive the same day. Our last trip to the dog park was Thursday the 27th of July.

Please keep an eye on your dog and any symptoms he may show.

Parvo is 90% fatal without immediate treatment and 50% fatal with treatment.

Parvo can stay in the environment for a long time. If you see this post, I would avoid that park for at least 1 week (until maybe the second week of Aug) or longer. We are not taking our pup anywhere until mid September.

Sorry to scare anyone but my dog very nearly died and there is no cure. You're simply giving them fluids and hoping their body will fight it off.

I have always cleaned up my dogs poop, but I wonder if he sniffed another's and contracted it at the dog park. Please do your part in cleaning up after your dog.

It was so fun! My daughter and I came for a picnic and it was such a great outing. We ate, then played for hours. It happened to be perfect weather. Not many people were there so we had a lot of the equipment to ourselves, too. There was plenty of free parking, people were respectful with their pets, and the restrooms were clean. Loved it.

If youre looking for somewhere safe and fun to bring your child(ren) look no further this is the place for you. Bench tables for picnics, walking paths for a stroll, and a playground with many activities for the children to play. This is the place to bring your little ones to have a great time.

Best swing ever! I wish this park would add an off leash area for small dogs and I'd love it even more!
