Cinemark Century Regency

We had a wonderful time at the theater. There were only about 6 people in the theater so we could choose anywhere to sit. What was most surprising is that the pizza here is really amazing! We were quite hungry and not expecting much from theater pizza, but we were honestly shocked at how yummy the pizza was! The seats are also comfortable and positioned well so that there is a good view of the screen from every seat. A nice place to enjoy a movie!

I have always loved this theater. It is a real shame that it is closing as of this Sunday, 11/25. I liked the staff that worked here, the variety of films and special events that it showed and the smaller crowds that came here. I will miss coming here.

The theater was clean and I liked how it is convenient to order food and purchase tickets ahead of time so once we were in the lobby we picked up our food and walked into the theater. The guy that works there is very polite. I live in San Rafael so it was an easy trip . Definitely we will return

Large chairs in theater. As with many places best to get tickets ahead as low staffing does create some lines for tickets and food. Staff helpful and friendly and kept clean.

The staff are friendly and the popcorn was fresh. The movie Oppenheimer was way too long but this cinema was great

Quiet theater, small, and not all busy. Somehow they manage to always have fresh popcorn. They care.

Definitely superior in comparison to the Century Theater at Northgate. Restrooms are very clean, along with the rest of the theater. Staff was really nice and helpful, and the whole place was generally a lot less crowded than other Century Theaters nearby. Only problem with this theater is the location, since it is a fair drive from my house, and is oddly situated in the middle of a massive parking lot. Overall, however, the whole place is never crowded, staff is really helpful, and the ticket prices are great as well.

Wonderful new seating with recliners and convenient ticket purchasing. Lots of free parking.

The staff at this theater are so nice! We accidentally left behind a baseball hat with special sentimental value, thought we’d never see it again. Called the theater and the GM Carolyn not only found the hat, but offered to put in the mail to us! Saved us a trip back out to San Rafael from SF. The staff in the concession area were also super polite, the theater was clean, the seats were so comfortable and the screen and sound quality was awesome. The whole experience was great. We will make the effort to come back to this theater again.

This theater always shows the best movies in Marin. They consistently show awarded, and highly rated audience and critic films. Besides a range of quality films the people working there are nice and helpful, they have good snacks, lots of parking, senior prices, and a cinema club.

We've been going here to see movies for many years. Always clean. Excellent popcorn!! Excellent selection of current movies.

best theatre in the north bay by a mile.

Great theater! Had a private showing for our family and it was a perfect movie night. Staff was friendly and very helpful and also were serious about observing covid-19 guidelines. Was kinda nice to have a little sense of normalcy in this crazy year. Even though having an entire movie theater for your family is anything but normal. Great experience and would definitely do again with social distancing practices.

I've always loved this movie theatre. It's tucked away from the freeway in a neighborhood. I've lived in this neighborhood and enjoyed walking to the theatre to see a movie. The Mc Innis area is the perfect peaceful place to go and watch a film. Theatres are not crowded and there is plenty of parking.

This theatre is open, lots of people don't know, it is super nice and the staff is lovely.

Great place to see a movie. It's undergone a lot of renovation. It might not be the fanciest, but it is clean and the audience is quiet and respectful.

One of my favorite theaters in Marin. Large screens, comfortable seats, and short lines. Yes, ticket prices and concessions at first run theaters are getting costly, but this venue goes a long way to taking the sting out of it by providing a great experience.

In addition to lovely California pepper trees that prevent the large parking lot (and your car) from becoming a heat-island furnace, they have more of the movies that I want to see than any other theater in Marin. Taste varies, of course, but their selection is the best in the county - the wittiest summer movies, nearly all of the fall and winter movies shown there go on to be nominated for an academy award. The theater is clean, comfortable, seats wide. Their movie booker is really, really good, and that's valuable.

A great place to see quality films; unlike the nearby Northgate theatres, the Regency tends to avoid the big box office films aimed at the adolescent market. The Regency has a quiet, peaceful ambience outside with no big shopping malls nearby. I really love going to the late shows (10 PM or so) on Friday and Saturday nights--sometimes I'm the only one in the theatre--my own private gigantic screening room. Definitely my favorite place to see movies.
