Marinwood Market

A U-Turn was in order when I spotted the Marinwood Market, and you know why...because they make an amazing sandwich, so I'll just get two!
I was only on my way out to the Clodhopper Ranch out in West Marin to pick up a Slippered Plunker Vise from Cuspuss Clodhopper's son Vollmer when there she was...the Marinwood Market....big as day!
How anyone can just drive past without stopping for a few things is beyond my comprehension. The sandwiches were Deliciously Amazing! ☆☆☆☆☆

Excellent store, superb meat & seafood, wonderful deli. Team staffing is well coordinated, smart and friendly with very quick check out. Fresh produce, nice wine selection, lovely flowers, great greeting card selection.

Always friendly, excellent produce. Perfect for the neighborhood market. They have lots of hot & cold prepared options, as well as excellent meat and seafood. Deli makes great sandwiches. They have a nice butcher and liquor selection. Veggies are good. Sushi is decent, prices are reasonable.

Our own nearby homely market place. We live nearby and go maybe every week here. Its a bit pricey i feel than Safeway but their fruits are amazing. We also find lot of spices that we cannot find in other store here. All the people working here are amazing.

I love Marinwood Market! They have awesome produce, great sandwiches and hot food. Their sushi is fresh each day and makes a great lunch or dinner. The staff is super friendly, I'm always happy to see them.
Butcher dept is excellent. Parking is always good. Overall I couldn't be happier with the shopping experience. I'm in 2-3 times a week. Don't forget to check out the pizza & roasted meats outside.

Clean, fresh, great selection, reasonably priced produce and meats of high quality. Great deli section, too! Employees efficient, and they seem to be happy and treated well. Check 'em out, you won't be disappointed!

Love their produce, meat department and deli (which serves grilled items too. Plus sushi that is made fresh daily). Definitely a neighborhood market feeling with all the employees very friendly. Their prices are competitive with other grocery stores in the area.

A really good market. Friendly staff ... a real community vibe. Great scones and other bakery items. Great wine selection. And their deli is a great place to get lunch ... I love their sandwiches, but they have lots of other items too.

I have been here 1/2 dozen times and every time their sandwiches are delicious! I believe they roast their own turkey. Great variety on breads.

Cute little small store near my house. Prices are decent but they do in fact sell items that you can't find anywhere else. The BBQ outside on the weekends is amazing too. However the surrounding area is just filled with empty abandoned stores which looks very depressing.

Marinwood has by far the best meat department! They have a nice seasonal variety of seafood, seasoned burgers, and their own handmade sausages. Much of it is local. Add if you need pre-cooked meat, smoked BBQ by Forest is served on the weekends.

It may be a little more costly than the big stores BUT it's family owned and supported. The quality of their merchandise is top notch, staff, some of which are family members, are nice, helpful, friendly and clean. There's never a long wait at the service counter or register. Also they are not only a small local business, they support small enterprises, selling locally produced food and items.

Was jaded at first because the brand name stuff is a little overpriced, but I've come to love the assortment of local products & the family business vibe. Bonus points for stocking Pliny 👌

This is one of the best neighborhood shopping stores I've been to. I much prefer to come here than go to Safeway. The guys at the check-out and in the produce section are very friendly and helpful. In terms of price I want to say that the produce is a little cheaper and much more fresh than Safeway. The meat is sourced locally and of very good quality. Again, I think it is a little cheaper than Safeway. I'm an Aussie and I love that they have a little "Commonwealth" section, where I can buy my vegemite and chocolate supplies.

Really love this place, whether I'm coming in just for lunch or for ingredients for dinner, it's very convenient to have nearby. That said, if you don't live nearby, it's probably not worth the extra trip. Good fresh meat and fish, great deli, and helpful staff. Thumbs up.

I have to say the parking lot is great. Met a friend here and noone harassed us for the short loiter so I went in to the market and it felt like a neighborhood hub. I don't think I would do much meat shopping here because I like a little more variety but all in all the place was convenient

Their Rotisserie chickens are the main reason I drive 12 miles to this market. They are best value, including taste, moistness, size and price.

My very favorite grocery store in the county. Good selection of everything, including things not found elsewhere. Prices are better than the competition and there are never long lines. Very friendly.

Always enjoy Marinwood Market. Cheerful staff. Clean. Goto spot for produce. Love the sushi case and deli. So nice to have them in our neighborhood.
