Very good food here. Kind of hard to see from the road and difficult to get to because it sits on a one way street. Well worth the effort though.

My mom and I had their chicken soup for takeout today on this cold and rainy day. It was one of the best chicken soups I have ever had! It was super delicious. And the food was packaged really well. I’m looking forward to ordering the soup again.

I accidentally drove past it but I'm glad i turned around. The food was great, the customer service was excellent. It was fun to hear the waitresses banter with some of her regular customers. If my wife and I didn't live two states away I'm sure we would be regulars as well.

Love the food here I had a combo to try a few items love the enchiladas. Rice and beans are awesome. And they give you beans with your chips and dip. Sodas are full strength not watered down. I definitely will go back.

This is the OG spot for authentic food.. I have been coming here since the 90s..the food is FIRE and so is the chips and salsa.. I've been all over the country and NOBODY has had chips and salsa like theirs..when I think of chips and salsa this is it for me..I highly recommend the molcajete combo !!!!

The absolute best Mexican food in Merced. You can not go wrong here. Everything from the garlic shrimp to the chili verde plates are great! Always feels like home when you walk in to this hidden gem

It was great. My beautiful girlfriend said they had the best green chilly sause she's had in a long while. As for me the beans and rice were on point!

The food is always exceptional!! I'm so happy it is now open for indoor dining. Have been coming here for 30 years.

I drive from Fresno to merced just to eat here , please check it out it is right off highway 99 they have the best green sauce every my favorite it there Chile verda or the super burrito covered in green sauce I always order extra sauce !! They also have a dish I dont know the name off but its cane asada with a spicy tomato and tomatillo sauce !!! Just amazing whatever you get ger it with there sauces !!!

This is what I consider a hole in the wall Restaurant. Don't be fold by its looks when you drive up the food is excellent and also authentic as it gets in the Merced area.

This is as authentic as you can get with Mexican food. Spot is next to the DMV but it's a hard spot to get into because the road is one way and it's out. You'll have to loop around and get on that one way road to turn into the parking area for the restaurant. If you miss the turn, prepare to loop around again, park in the DMV lot then walk over, or risk it and just drive against the one way road into the lot. The latter 2 will probably get you a ticket if someone notices though.
