My microwave went on the fritz. I checked online before I went the next day.
I had a very large microwave 1100 watts that took up a good portion of counter space. The new one is smaller with 900 watts of power. I'm enjoying the usable space more.
I am happy about the price and brand. Employee was very helpful with locating the microwave. It was down and under an end cap.

There are no issues with the microwave. I just wish the top was smooth so my magnetic food cover would work.

Purchased a refrigerator for my mother. Needed it to be delivered and the old one picked up. I asked them to call me before delivery so I could be at the house. Alex and Miguel were great. They called and said they would be there in half an hour. Once there, they removed the old fridge and put the new one in. They let me check the new one to make sure I was satisfied with it. They explained all the functions to me and asked if I had any more questions. They were very polite and professional. Great job. Five star all the way.

Lowes is great! They literally have anything you want or need for the house. Very friendly, helpful staff ready to assist in locating whatever you need. Great job, much appreciated!

The employees are very nice and helpful around people. There is a lot of great furniture in the store.

They always have everything that I need and I am a do it on your own kind of guy plus look what I found a small useful hammer.

Went to Merced Lowe's to pick up an online order today. Customer service staff were a little less than friendly, no biggie, everyone works differently under pressure, I get it. Walked around, found a nice Gazebo on sale, and then proceeded to wait approximately 15 minutes for help AFTER making several requests for assistance. At this point, there were about 5 customers waiting for help. After I witnessed a customer walk out, a very nice and professional Lowe's employee, Dee from Appliances, happened to walk by, could actually see the level of frustration on several customers' faces, and offered her help. She did an AMAZING job and helped until a Seasonal Department employee arrived. A HUGE shout out to Dee! She even gave us a hug and thanked us for our patience! This woman is an invaluable asset to Merced Lowe's!

I don't give 5 star ratings unless I'm very impressed.Lowes is like Walmart and Home Depot rolled in one.Plenty of employees that genuinely stop and answer questions.You ask for a bolt and " bang",aisle 12 row 2 bottom shelf to the right ",now that's knowing your inventory,and that was from a girl,lol.I just wanted to look at everything!!

Great staff who are able to answer my questions. They are also very helpful when I have some crazy thing I want to make for my classroom. The plant selection is wonderful, a nice variety of trees, flowers, and vegetables.

Great customer service. Employee in lumber department took the time to listen to me and answer my questions. We came up with a solution for hide abed slats and it works great. They were friendly and respectful.

I was buying a birthday present for my wife. I walked around and couldn't find the item I was looking for. I met Alisia who walked with me to find the item. She went the extra mile and located a pallet that had more items in stock. Josh used the forklift to get the pallet down and then both of them helped me select the best one for the present. Josh even helped me load the item into my car. (It was heavy!) Thank you for a great shopping experience.

They had the refrigerator we wanted, at a decent price, and delivered it quickly to our remote town. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. The folks in the store, and the delivery guys, all very nice.

This was a large store for a city the size of Merced. It was well organized and had exactly what I was looking for. Employees were helpful and quick although the store may have been a little understaffed. It was a Monday so there may have been more business than they were expecting. Exiting the parking lot to the South is a pain in the butt.

Visited again. Stores as clean as ever. Cashier was friendly. No lines. They could afford to get the shopping carts out of the parking lot more often but finding people these days for work like that is incredibly difficult. they get a pass

New visit on Sunday morning at 7:30 a.m. almost nobody in the store. Note that the garden area entrances closed at this time but the garden area itself is not.

Had an awesome experience there today. I found everything I was looking for to make some home repairs. There was a guy with a long beard and cap on who was very polite and helpful. I think his name was Will or William. Then there was a line at self check out but a nice guy named Andrew brought us to his register. Great customer service and he was super friendly. These are two people you need to keep Lowe’s. I will definitely be coming back because of the service.
