McDonald's

I've never been a fan of McDonald's, but when I was craving their mocha frappe, I ended up ordering a whole lot more, solely based on my increased hunger. But I have to say in the end, it was well worth it. Had a large custom breakfast order and I left not a single crumb of anything or even a drop of any of the drinks I ordered (and ended up taking home). Staff are friendly and even though service seems to be running wild at any time of the day and everyone is overwhelmed, everything gets done in a timely and orderly and organized fashion.

One time I was missing an order of bacon strips in my meal and had only gone to my car in the lot when I went back inside. Upon entering, the woman who handed me my order saw me and immediately knew why I returned, and apologized for the mistake without me even beginning to speak yet. I got a fresh order of bacon, and was offered a free dessert for my troubles of having to come back. I persisted that there was no problem and declined the offer, but the gesture was very welcome and shows just how courageous they are and how far they are willing to go to remedy any mistake.

It's very easy to see why McDonald's is considered the top #1 fast food restaurant among the rest out there. Again, not my restaurant of choice, but the few times I've come in, I've never been disappointed and would definitely return. They strive for success and fair to say they've achieved it.

The food was hot, fresh, hash browns crispy! Order was drive through and had to pull to wait area for my order, but this was very fast and order was correct! As it was a to go order at least the parking lot was clean and there were no homeless people around!

Depending on situation and time of day, it can get busy but still get my food accurate most of time. Thanks to app very helpful to pay ahead of time and easy to pick up at drive thru. Also love the kiosk, much better when you want customize orders to avoid wrong orders.

Good food, good staff, never had a messed up order.

This location was good. The one on Gst is absolutely horrible. The food and service here even as busy as they seemed that night got my order right, food was warm and correctly cooked and staff was friendly. The one on Gst screwed up my order twice within an hour and refused to refund my money. They still owe me $27. I only ordered a chicken sandwich. First time no chicken patty. I ordered the meal crispy chicken sandwich. It had hot sauce all over it. Both got thrown away because I couldn't eat them.
So I strongly suggest going to this location if you want a correct order the first time and never ever use Door Dash.

This location is amazing, even though it's been a while it almost seems like they already know what my order is going to be and it's ready in no time.

I've been through many McDonald's drive- through up and down California and Nevada for years. I will tell you this, as busy as they are they have never messed up on my orders and they are always quick like a drive-through should be. The fries are fresh and the foods done right every single time. Thank you to all the staff working there. The company should give each and everyone of you a special bonus. Your drive-through service is excellent and I'm a very very happy customer. 😃👍

My fav is the quarter pounder, never frozen, only cooked fresh at time you order it, and the breakfast biscuit and gravy with double order only a dollar more.

My favorite McDonald's in town, quick service and the app has good coupons so i can get the whole family diner under $25 😩🙌

For a McDonalds it's alright for what it is. It will get very busy however around lunchtime on the weekdays because of the high school next to it. But other than that I haven't had any problems with the place

I wanted to update that specifically today at around 8:30 was probably the best customer experience I've had at any McDonald's. The people were absolutely swamped but had a positive, hard working attitude. They weren't rude and generally I was pleasantly surprised today with their attitude. The staff tonight deserve some recognition for their hard work.

Fast and friendly also served me inside after they closed being that they were closed up I thought that was really nice of them👍💯

I feel so bad for a staff member here me and my friends we just being goofballs but I think the lady was having a bad day so we made it even worse without knowing it she looked annoyed and upset about our actions. The place here is very clean and nice it’s not ghetto it’s pretty fancy and nice they even got a little playground but it’s off limits due to you know covid I highly recommend this one!

Great service and the definition of fast food. Best McDonald's in a 50 mile radius. The high school is right across so best times to go are when the kids are in school or else it's packed before and after school hours.

Love the option of using the ap and mobile pick up. Very convenient

Located on the main shopping street in Merced. Close to all the stores and attractions. Perfect for a quick lunch while doing the weekly shopping.

I always have a great time here and reasonably priced. Always Possitive to their customers and very helpful all the time. If there is any problem they want to know about it so it can be corrected. They smile and even show hands on training how their new computers work on taking an order. That's great service to the company as well as the guest. They treat the guest 1st. That's the way to go!

Very busy but they got us all through surprisingly fast. Food was hot and delish as usual. I went with the cheap menu (spicy chicken sandwiches) and they pack a lot of flavor. I sometimes wish they would run the filet-o-fish on a sale but I understand they need to make money....dont want mcdonalds going out of business :)

I get what I order In reasonable time. If not they correct it asap. Down deep we all make mistakes. Let's make better decisions about ourselves and others. After all the Lord wants us to work as a team for one another. Not against each other. TEAM work is the the key for great service anywhere.
