Grocery Outlet is... the BEST! Love the NOSH section, love the ice cream selection, the flowers and plants, the seasonal end caps, aisle 1, the produce, the word-of-mouth random items being carried currently that you hear about from coworkers, etc! It's a community and an experience. Always fun to see what's in stock.

Eric has great customer service skills, he has great de-escalation skills, he keeps calm and collective. Should train all the staff in his skills to treat unhoused, folks with mental health and kids. I have had the opportunity to see him humanize and engage with irate customers. He does great. Unfortunately, I witnessed a few women staff act irate and disrespectful to a man and kid (under 10), yes who may have been stilling however, they could have handled the situation with more care for the kid and customers watching. Eric, seems like a modeled employee and I hope he can train his Co workers on best practices such as calmness, respect, and empathy.

Super prices, clean store and a good selection of items. Staff/ cashiers are pleasant and helpful. Great store to get quality groceries at a fair price.

Great place to shop great deals great customer service

We all know that grocery shopping can be stressful at times. With the cost of living going up, and the essentials doing the same, it is always a joy to find great deals. One day, I randomly walked into Grocery Outlet to grab a beverage, and I ended up grabbing a cart. Not only did I leave with a beverage, but I spent about $40, and had many grocery items. Of the grocery items, I purchased, many were specialty foods that would have cost me close to $100 anywhere else. I like to eat healthy, and I prefer organic food items. I believe many others agree with me, but it is often too expensive if you don't know how to shop, or where to shop. I highly recommend this store, and others for gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, and organic foods. You will also find some interesting brands that you never knew existed. The Merced, CA location is clean, fully stocked, and the staff are extremely helpful. I highly recommend this grocery chain.

They have great groceries in stock that are affordable. My favorite is the Farmer John marinated pork tenderloin, so much bang for your buck!

Recently they upgraded the store with a larger refrigerated section, it's really nice to see so many options available from this location.

Lots of good cheap food. Always my first stop when hunting for food. With grocery outlet some things you are looking for are a hit and miss. I have found so many good things that I've never seen in any other stores. And then boom they are gone. But definitely a lot of good things. It's always good to just walk through there and look and take your time without the kids just to see all the new things they might have. I usually get my avocados there. Today was two avocados for $3. Hard as a rock though. But when you set them out and let them ripen and these ones were big. So I always like the good deals here. I often buy things for a fraction of the price of another store. So yep it's always my first stop when I decide to go do my shopping........

Great deals on name brand things. They are an outlet grocery so offering change but I find it useful to get good products at a bargain price

Found everything I needed, but I am mostly writing this review because my hands were full and I was struggling. 1 of the workers noticed and brought me an empty basket to hold all of my items. I didn't ask he just did it out of his own will and kindness. I appreciate people like that. Good job!!

This place has great deals and discounted items. I came for gummy worms and was surprised to see they were on sale so that's pretty cool. An excellent grocery store.

Always a great experience shopping here. I love the variety of products and the discounts offered. As always, just check expiration dates! I love buying stuff here since it’s usually cheaper than other stores.

I don't care what anyone says I love this place. They have special sales on Wednesdays where you can find something that is normally 2 bucks in 10 for $1. Just keep your eye it for them tags! Even on the nonsail days they have great prices. Good job and I will always be back.

I just love this store, (except for the experiences I've had while attempting to make a return) it's a great place to shop. I save a lot of money here.

I love grocery outlet because of the variety of things they sell and that they are so darn cheap what a bargain for ur money this one is very clean and organized to. And not to mention the staff that work there super friendly and knowledgeable always frequent this establishment
