Great customer service, so much better than the rude, snarky, complaining customer service at Tilly's. I wish I had gotten the name of the very fashionable black young lady who helped us. She deserves a raise and to be the one training others how to treat customers with respect and a smile.

As a plus-size woman I wish that we would have more stores for our options but I have to say Torrid makes me feel like I can buy regular cute clothes without feeling like I have to sacrifice for fashion. The staff is always super friendly and the girls are really cute and nice.

Great help at a great store. Didn't end up purchasing anything but they had a great selection and great customer service.

My bf loves their glasses. A bit expensive, but a great price for glasses that will last a long time.

My kids love this store. You can always find great deals!

Nice location inside Red Cliffs Mall! This shop is not as big as many other retailer stores in town but it’s really clean and features stylish and high quality apparel and accessories. It’s also very well organized which makes it a lot easier for shoppers to navigate and find what’s they looking for quickly. I’m pretty sure everyone will appreciate that!!

The store was relatively slow every time I visited. No line, no wait:) There always seems to be a great sale going on there as well as huge end-of-season sales. So if you get a deal, it would be awesome otherwise it’s still highly overpriced on most items. I suggest to check back more often so you don’t miss out on big savings.

I got multiple graphic tees and tanks. They not only look super cute but fit perfectly as well. I like how each t-shirt has an amazing stretch to it. It just hugs your body really well so you can show off your curves and still be really comfy. Just because I liked the soft fabric and relaxed-fit feel a lot, I surely stocked up on those with different colors.

The staff was pleasant and helpful, made me want to spend my money there even more:) Can’t wait to go back again!!

Hello, I normally do not write negative reviews for Google but I need to note the horrible service at PacSun while I was shopping with my girlfriend and her friends. The worker at the front told my girlfriend that the fitting rooms were only 5 outfits maximum to try on which is fine. While her friend was trying some clothes on in the fitting room, the worker came over and insisted that the extra clothes my girlfriend was holding should be held at the front counter even though her friend was going to try them on after the first five. She would not allow her to just sit and hold them outside the fitting room and took the clothes. After, she and I sat down on the bench outside the fitting room while her friend was trying on outfits. There were clothes on this bench and we had no choice but to sit on them while we waited. The worker (piercings, bun, sweats, black hair) didn't even ask us or tell us she was going to pull the clothes out under us. The clothes were ripped out under us on the seat from behind us. Poor and unprofessional customer service by this worker.

My 3 daughters shop here 4-5 times a year. Their jeans fit them really well, that is the only reason they shop at this location. If my girls weren’t growing every few months, I’d just order online for them.
They have no customer service skills, and they treat you like they don’t want your business. I feel like they’re the McDonalds of retail. I hope their management can correct this.

A lot of the kids who work here have attitudes.. (not all but most) I like the clothes but not being greeted and just having people sit on the counter on their phones giving me dirty looks makes me just want to order online instead. Even the people at Fashion Show in Vegas are nicer than here.

Worst customer service ever!! I was coming back to buy a shirt I had put on hold a few hours earlier and the line to get in the store was over 30 min long so I ask the worker at the front of the store if I had to wait in line to buy the shirt on hold and he said yes but asked for my name so they could have my hold out and ready. So I waited in the line for over 30 min and when I finally walked into the store and up to the register they tell me my hold was put back and they didn’t don’t have it anymore. So frustrated that they had me stand and wait in line and didn’t have the respect to come and tell me it was accidentally put back. The workers were rude and have no respect for their customers. This store just lost my business!

love pacsun but the employees are THE WORST, they are young and very immature. They do not care if there are customers there or not. One of the boys working there was actually talking about “period” blood on some of their clothes while i was standing there checking out. Honestly, worst service i’ve had anywhere.
