I love Dillard's! Shopping is such a delightful experience. Awesome employees. Awesome merchandise. Every once in a while, I come across a ne of a kind little gem in the mist. THANK YOU Dillards!

Found the shoes my daughter was looking for. Not many places have the stiletto heal. Price was great and the ladies working there even approached me and asked if they could help me find anything. 3 thousand shoes later we found the right ones. I will never understand why it took 2 hours and trying on every shoe before sticking with the very first pair lol. Shout out to the patient 🙏 workers. I would have personally lost my mind after the fifth pair. Actually I'm pretty sure I walked away and just came back to pay . 😅
We also found some beautiful jewelry .😍 ✨ I love shiny stuff so that was super fun . I spent more on jewelry that I wasn't suppose to get than the shoes I'd been looking for .

This women changed my life! I came in looking for a bucket hat for myself and this wonderful girl, Ashley, helped me out. She was so sweet and not even a bit condescending even though I am 18 looking for a child's bucket hat. I used to think Dillard's was for old people but Ashley has sold me!

In the Customer Service Dept. An area that should really take pride in excellent customer service.
Well I have had to pleasure of talking with Jennifer, the manager I believe. What a breath of fresh air. She is very friendly, personable and comes with a great deal of common sense. I don’t believe she was there 6 mos ago..I applaud the decision to put her in her position. She definitely leads by example!

Great classic department store! Had fantastic prices on clearance items, and very helpful and friendly staff. If you're in the men's department, ask for Abraham! Couldn't have been happier with my service, and I will definitely be back!

Very friendly sales representative. She was more than helpful and even given my daughter her discount. She really wanted a set but it was pricy and we kept telling her no cause she was gonna only wear it for 2 hours. But int he end she went back to buy it and bless the lady who helped her. We are from Arizona, but we liked the mall and will definitely be going again.

I like Dillard's a lot and this store is very well appointed. My mother (God rest her soul) actually worked at a Dillard's in my hometown in the Midwest eons ago part time in the evening after her "day job" as a librarian at a state-funded university. Dillard's back then is pretty much the same as it is today: they are in the people business, they just happen to sell clothes, shoes, cosmetics, and other items. This particular store is well-staffed and has a layout that is very easy to navigate. Located directly of the interstate and easy to transition to surface streets, this is a pretty good location for St. George, Utah. Very strong employee engagement and clearly a well-run facility. Selection is as expected: very good. Also, if you can't find what you need, their online presence is 9f contemporary design and very easy to use.

The sweetest lady helped me with picking out clothes. Great staff, and I like trying on clothes before I buy, so ordering them online isn't as good for me. Dillard's is a great addition to our little mall in St George, UT.

I just love going into Dillards makeup counter!!! Cassidy at the Estée Lauder counter is AMAZING!!! She is so helpful and remembers what color foundation me and my daughter both are after week! She picks out the best colors for our skin tones as well!
