Had a great experience here yesterday. Ignacio was very helpful and made sure I got my vehicle serviced even though it was later in the day. He was very nice and knowledgeable about services and also let me know about other incentives for what I was getting. Probably the best experience I’ve had there in a while.

Went in for a repair on a tire we just purchased last June. Hadn't purchased road hazard but was willing to pay the $25 or so to get it fixed. Was informed that after the repair that the sidewall had a bubble and the tire would need to be replaced as soon as possible. However, the service manager inspected the tire further and decided that this should be covered under the manufacturer warranty. I am so lucky that he did because I really could not afford $175+ right now for a new tire. We are making frequent 110 mile trips to LPCH and Stanford Hospital so this is a necessity for us to have tires in good shape. I am really lucky that the staff at this location took care of me the way they did today. It really means a lot to me and my family. Thank you so much to technician Justin W, service manager Juan Garcia, and everyone else who took care of me today.

We had a flat tire on the way to Los Angeles. We arrived just before the end and still they changed our tire. These people are just awesome. For us the heroes of the evening. Thanks again for that!!!

Fantastic service! Super easy to schedule an appointment. Was able to drop off early (appt was at 5 dropped off at 12) car was done in about an hour from when I dropped off. Great customer service and super knowledgeable. Went in for an alignment after getting Brand new tires and my car drives better than ever. Would highly recommend this pepboys. I will definitely be back!

Needed new tires, they had them in stock and installed them the same day. They even put my spare back under my truck. Friendly service.

I hit something in the road in a rental car. It blew a tire. When I pulled over, I picked up something in a different tire that caused a slow leak. I replaced the blown tire with the spare and lumped into Pep Boys. The people were friendly and had me back on the road in short order. I highly recommend these guys. Thanks guys.

Friendly atmosphere, great customer service, and I never have any issues. My car is returned clean, and running well when I leave. The manager there is knowledgeable, and goes over all the details before taking my car in for service. I can’t say enough wonderful things about my recent experience!!

Came in last minute with a tire emergency and they fit me in 10 minutes before closing and installed 2 new tires for me!! Stayed open late and everything. BEYOND greatful for the employees here at this location! 238 bucks out the door and on the road again in a very good timely manner! Thank you guys at pep boys for taking care of me!!!

Best place to get your oil change or tires replaced, I take all my vehicles here to get serviced. Never any issues, fast service, easy check in and check out process, I highly recommend bringing your cars here for any routine maintenance.

I'm very grateful to Pep boys. My family and I were on a camping trip at a nearby lake when the brake pads on my van wore down to the metal and the brakes started grinding. I was able to get the van in on a Sunday and they were able to fix the problem within a couple hours. Hernan was very helpful. Overall a great experience.
