I took my laptop to get fixed a few days ago and they were amazing in getting it fixed very quickly. My charging port wasn't working and they fixed and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend going to them. They are VERY professional and get the job done on time. They also are very quick to answer calls. If you have a problem with a computer definitely come to Alshamm to get it repaired. They are the best and affordable in town. They are also very nice and kind people. The best in town!!! I took my wife's phone to get the screen replaced and they did it so quick!! I was so pleased with their service. I would rate them a 150% out of a 100%. Quickest and easiest place to get your computer or laptop fixed in Merced, hands down! Went in on short notice and he got the problem solved and my laptop running faster than ever within just a few hours. Highly recommend to anyone needing their electronics back to like new.

They helped me fix my Iphone over the phone. I didnt need to go in or anything. My iphone was attacked by a virus and I didnt know how to fix it I called and they told me excatly what to do. I followed instructions and it worked. I was kinda worried at first and thought maybe I might mess it up. I asked the man over the phone what if I brought it in and he said I'll do what I told you and charge you 60 bucks. I didnt have 60 so I followed his instructions and it worked. He fixed my phone and saved me 60 bucks. If I could I would rate them more than 5 stars. Definitely recommend this places.
