I can’t recommend Robyn enough! I wasn’t even looking to move, but fell in love out of the blue with a house she cross-posted. And Robyn moved heaven and earth to make it happen! She gave us advice on what to do for our own house for a quick contingent listing, got us in for a tour and pre-inspection and we had a competitive offer written and submitted less than 48 hours from when I first saw the ad. Unfortunately, I am also far from an expert in most major purchasing arenas. It took me months of online research to find the right car, and I was nervous when the time came to commit to a home. Working with Robyn was a dream! This is our 4th house and unfortunately we can’t say that about all our realtors. We reached out to her January 9th and we’re hoping to have a closing of mid February, not only that we were moving from Tennessee and only had 4 days we would be in the Seattle area to find the perfect home.
