Go see Pam at Budget!!! She is the best!! She is incredibly accommodating and goes out of her way to make sure you're taken care of!! Her staff is really kind people. The office gets incredibly busy, but works hard at giving one on one attention to each customer.

The customer service here has fell off a bit,but thank God they have Pam. She's great! She's accommodating,friendly,knows her job well and has you in and out. Frankly she's the only reason I continue to do business there. These 5 stars are for her!!!!

I Was Visiting Family & Needed A Rental For A Few Days. Nice Little Nissan Sentra. It Was Well Taken Care of & Clean When I got it. The Staff Was Wonderful & Very Pleasant To Me & My Companion. The Office Manger Made Me Feel More Like Family Then Just Another Customer. This Was The Essayist Rental I Ever Picked Up & Brought Back. The Contract Was Laid Out & Explained So I Understood Everything & The Best Thing About That Was No Hidden Fees!!! Thanks For Making My Trip Easier I Will Definitely Rent From Here Again.

We love our Avis Budget rental car place here in Merced California off of 16th Street the people are very nice they've always had cars for us when we are in need at last minute and they are pretty reasonable
