I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place is amazing so I had to. I normally don’t wait more than maybe two minutes, fastest pharmacy I’ve ever been to.
The employees are always incredibly friendly and personable. I appreciate that when I have questions or worries, the pharmacist is always attentive, informative, and compassionate. I have personally only seen very few people get angry, and they’re always making downright ridiculous requests, so that’s probably the reason for any of the bad reviews.

Always fast, friendly and informative. I've never had a bad experience with them. From what I've seen from the past 2 years they don't deserve such a low rating.

The staff are amazing and fast! If there is a line it’s typically goes fast and smooth!

Pros: Friendly and knowledgeable pharmacy staff, no difficulty getting prescribed drugs (even with some national shortages), and a comfortable waiting area.

Cons: Habitually understaffed, long wait times, and a kiosk touchscreen that doesn’t respond to touch very well.

Overall, Kaiser Permanente’s Puyallup location is my go-to pharmacy because the positives outweigh the negatives.

Replaced their ev chargers with a new company that is worse in every way and now the ev chargers are barely used.

If you say want to add 1$ of range you're forced to add 10$ to your account each time. The minimum you can add is 10$

Before with Chargepoint you pay as you charge.

Had some free EV charging. Now costing 3x normal electric price. Boo. I dont mind paying but 3x price of electricity is nuts.

I went in tonight to pick up my daughter's medication before we head out of town for a camping trip that's been planned for quite some time.I did call prior to going in to make sure the medication was ready,I normally go through the mail service they provide however this was an urgency because of the camping trip.I got my pharmacy ticket and the pharmacy technician had already being helping someone before me and call my #472 around 5:06p.m or 5:07p.m tonight asked me for my daughters information and went and got my daughters medication and asks for my ID I hand it to her and she asks me if I had any questions for the pharmacist I said, no ma'am thank you though and she flung my ID at me and pretty much flung my daughter's medication after she crumbled the receipt in the bag which wasnt closed by the way I'm pretty thankful the bottle didn't hit me in the face as I've been struggling with a migraine all day. I just want to put it out there we all have days they may not be good but I wasn't rude in any way until she made the decision to be rude and I just took my daughters medication and didn't say anything at all clearly I dont think a thank you would of made this woman change her rude behavior in anyway.

I’ve been with Kaiser for years, great service here but the pharmacy is not so good, one of the girl pharmacy techs is very rude everytime I go. People don’t feel good when they go in to get their medicine and they need to be more respectful / polite. Makes me want to switch pharmacies.

Some call center phone pharmacy tech are RUDE!
