Sudz Cyber Laundry

Great place to do some laundry on the way thru the area. Staff were helpful. Place was clean. All done in an hour!

We were staying at a Campground nearby and hand a load of wash to do after spending a few days off grid. There were several very helpful and friendly women working there (weekday afternoon). We asked for help before getting a card, and I'm glad we did that because they said we could do laundry and then pay after (and not have money left on a card). The staff weighed our laundry, gave us an estimate ($15),had us load up the washer and start it, and said they would transfer it for us. We went for a walk and had lunch, and returned to fold our stuff. It came out to less than $7 (plus we tipped since they were so helpful) because we managed to get all our stuff into one machine, and had our own soap. The place is very clean.

We were on vacation and needed to do some laundry. My Google search included this laundromat. I read the reviews and decided to visit Sudz to do our laundry. As soon as I entered, one of the attendants offered to help me by explaining the process. I informed her that I needed soap and she provided me some for both loads. This place is clean, attendants are friendly and helpful, and there is a tv to watch or books/magazines to read. If you are in the area and need to do some laundry, I recommend coming to Sudz Cyber Laundry.

A clean, well-equipped laundromat. Liked that both washers and dryers have a range of settings to allow for delicate to heavy duty cleaning and drying. The woman working there was helpful and courteous. Lots of machines and going on a weekday morning meant we got in easily. Thank you.

Great laundromat. I was visiting on vacation and needed to stop by and wash a load of laundry. The staff were super helpful and started the machines for me (no card required) and I closed up after my laundry was finished. Overall excellent experience!

The employee was very helpful with our vacation laundry experience. She helped us get our loads started and dried without needing to buy a card! Adorable and easy clothing refresh.

Not your average laundry mat. Card operated you can use your credit card to load the card. owner/attendant is super sweet and helpful! Talk to her first she knows what's up!! Super clean, cute, and comfortable. Complementary tea and coffee while you wait! Great place to wash those beachy clothes. 💖

⭐⭐ convenience! Parking available close to the doors makes getting in and out with large loads easy. ** ask nicely, (& pay a buck a load) and the ladies will switch your load from washer to dryer, if you need to step out for a minute!!
⭐⭐⭐ machines are always in working order, with plenty to choose from; including small, medium and large capacity machines that can fit over 5 loads st once!!
⭐⭐⭐⭐ comprable prices make this one of the most affordable in pacific grove (🥰locals rejoice 🙏); not to mention
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ the ladies that work at the pacific grove location make it “fun” to come in and do laundry. They get to know almost all of their customers and whenever we are in there (every Monday 😘) there is always somebody just “stopping by” with their kids or pets to say hi to the girls.

If I could.... ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐(⭐) the decor is off the charts (I will add photos later!!) and it catches the attention of more then just the locals! Every month the theme changes and the amount of time, and meticulous detail, that goes into their decorations is what truly sets this laundromat apart from any of their competitors!!

I challenge anyone to find a nicer laundromat and a nicer host. We were in Monterrey for our 20th anniversary and our visit with Lonnie was one of our conversation highlights of our trip, because she's that dynamic! Our laundry was clean and fresh and her attention to all the patrons was second to none.

It’s a very clean and well-maintained facility. Staff was super-helpful and friendly. Machines are easy to use. There are three sizes of front-loading washing machines — easy to choose water temperature H/W/C. Our clothes came out clean after only 20 minutes in cold water. Dryers have 3 temperatures H/M/L. Dryer can be run in increments of 7 minutes — we chose 35 minutes on low temp. We were able to do 1 XL load of wash + 35-minute dry + laundry detergent for $12.75. I think that’s incredibly reasonable. ** Note that cutoff time for start of last wash load is 7:00pm, and if you want time to fold, then back that up by 20 minutes.** You can also drop off laundry for $2.25/lb for wash/dry/fold. Check out their web site for more info. I would absolutely come back next time we’re in town. Oh, and if you want ice cream and an over-sized dose of The Beatles (posters, vinyl, etc.), go across the street to the Ice Cream Shoppe. It may as well be a museum for The Beatles.

The other reviews I read are right. Really helpful staff, well-equipped and clean. They are popular but people look to be in and out pretty quickly. I will go again.

Machines are clean and usually one is always available, even on weekends. Staff is helpful and courteous. Most of all, the manager is soo helpful, explained my issue with digital service at my condo, and she offered a gift card to try Cyber Sudz.

Extremely helpful and pleasant staff. Clean facility. Plenty of wheeled carts for customer use and clean counter space for folding. Reasonable pricing. Dog friendly. Highly recommend.

When we lived in the area my husband and I were renting and chose to use this laundromat purely for convenience purposes. However, after testing a laundromat here and there, and attempting to put up with the coin laundry in our rented home; we became weekly visitors of this place! You get to know the employees who are all so kind, you can always find a clean and available washer and the best part is their card system because hands down, this is a cheaper and far more convenient method then quarters end up costing you at the end of the day! While we do live in Monterey and were fortunate enough to find a condo who uses the same reloading card concept, we still take any xl loads with our king size comforters and what not in there! Oh and cherry on top would be that if you’re in a real time crunch, for a more then affordable rate, you can take your clothes in and get em started and leave them your card and cleaning products and you can run your errands while the girls: transfer your clothes to the dryer, start them and even fold for you to come back in a pick up!! Mind was blown!! Love these ladies!!!

So I actually came here way back in September but am only writing a review now because this place deserves it! I was just travelling through on a lengthy road trip and the owner actually was kind enough to do my laundry for me for free! Now don't expect this for yourself I think I got lucky but regardless the staff were super friendly and wonderful to talk to. The machines were modern and fast and my clothes came out perfectly clean! best place in town for laundry!

Unfortunately had to do laundry on our vacation. FORTUNATELY we went to this laundromat. What a wonderful place. It's clean and the people there doing laundry were sweet. The staff is absolutely amazing, friendly, and incredibly helpful especially for someone like me that isn't familiar with the machines. Thank you for making our one and only visit a great experience.

Great place, clean, machines well maintained and plenty of machines. The attendant was fantastic too.. helping out a first timer.. if you are recalling and need laundromat - you will not go wrong with this place.

Clean, great staff, and thoughtful extras. Sudz fits the standard as far as a clean laundry facility. They staff was very kind and helpful and they provided complimentary coffee and tea while you wait. There’s also a restroom and Wifi available. Highly recommend!
