CVS

I enjoy coming to this CVS pharmacy 686 Lighthouse Ave., Monterey, CA 93940; because they make me feel welcomed and friendly staffs, helpful. They go above and beyond if they can help. Anything I needed to shop is here full of merchandize, I had a very bad experiences.not once but 3x in Fremont Blvd here in Monterey they constantly laughing and whispering when I come in and it felt very unwelcome and very uncomfortable listening how they treat their customers.\n\nI'm so glad the Lighthouse Ave. Make me feel important and thank you so much Violet and the staffs!!!

Juan the Shift Supervisor was extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable,

Sam, the pharmacist at the Monterey CVS is a remarkable person. He went way above and beyond to help me. Tremendously compassionate, and though the pharmacy was very busy, he was calm and took the time to be of real help. The pharmacist must be the hardest working person in the store. Hard to imagine the pressure of filling prescriptions, counseling customers, and speaking with doctors and other medical professionals. I hope the store management treats Sam like GOLD as I am sure he would be an easy steal for any other pharmacy!!

It is very easy for me, to give this CVS Store/Pharmacy, 5 star's.
The staff in the Pharmacy, are just great. Efficient, caring and,
clearly care about their customer's. As one know's, it's not fun
to have to go to a pharmacy as usually it mean's, that one, is not
well or, is in pain. The pharmacist, and the clerk's, are efficient,
kind and caring.

The store is well kept, well stocked and the prices are good. one can
even, get some bargain's. Checking out, is easy and fast. The clerk's
are alway's friendly and warm. I have never, seen a clerk, rude or
impatient, with a customer.

I don't have name's of employee's (forgot to ask) however, I do have
the name of one employee, who was very kind to my 96 year old
neighbor, when I brought her in, to check out some make-up (yes, make-
up). I was not much help to her so, I went looking for a sales clerk in
that Department. I found Daphne. I can't even begin to praise Daphne,
enough. She was so kind and patient and helpful to this 96 year old woman.

It is not easy to be old-one is truly, very dependent on the kindness of
other's. My neighbor, found that, the day I brought her to CVS and, I am
so grateful to Daphne for having that sense of empathy, that makes up
the human heart.

It is with regret, that I can't name the other employee's in the Pharmacy,
and the Front Counter, but, I think all of them deserve much praise.
They make my trip's to CVS, Monterey, alway's pleasant and worthwhile.
(Must confess, that I don't wish to have to visit the Pharmacy, too often)

I have never had a rude clerk, at this store. The employee's at the
Check Out Counter, are friendly, efficient and really seem to enjoy
their job. That in itself, say's so much for the working environment
at CVS on Lighthouse Ave.

close to a Walgreen's Drug Store. I was happy with Walgreen's and
felt a bit disappointed when I moved, that Walgreen's, was not
that close to home, in my new location.
I started going to CVS instead and, I have no regret's.

I went in today at 3:25 and they were packed with a line to the bathroom but I was lucky to have
The Peeople @ the Pharmacy ring me up. I went in for LiGHT Blue Surgical gloves and they were on SALE 2 for 1. Thanks guys for another great visit!

Love this place especially Kirsten she is so nice and very helpful when I was looking for sunscreen that will fit best for my sensitive skin. I will absolutely come here in the future!!!

Not sure why it says open 24 hours when the worker there decides to put a written not on the door saying store closed opened at 6. SucksbI made this drive but you knowwhateves.

Great customer service. I was struggling with inputting a rewards phone number into one of the machines and one of the employees, Juan?, saw me struggling and actually set up my rewards account for me.

Staff was awesome and the store was clean. As an added bonus my receipt was so long it doubled as a scarf on an unseasonably cool summer's evening, which I appreciated.

The two ladies that helped me were great in every way.

Everything you'd expect from a CVS. Always well-stocked and quick at the register.
